Hi everyone,

Hoping to learn as much as I can about harm reduction and continuing this journey as responsibly and as informed as I can possibly be.

About me: Early 40s guy from SoCal. SW: 197, CW: 189, GW: 175-180. I've been on tirz 2.5mg/week for 6 weeks and have been steadily losing 1-1.5 lbs/week.

I'd otherwise be thrilled with this progress and the appetite suppression, except that I have little energy to get through my daily office job, let alone workouts.

I'm tracking calories and am at a deficit consistent semi-consistent with 1.25 lb/wk weight loss, but I've dieted on greater deficits before without the fatigue.

My sleep is dialed in, as is hydration, protein intake, sunlight, Vitamin D, micronutrients... I've pretty much tried to rule out every other variable that would be causing this fatigue.

So, despite tirz making it super easy to not eat (yet still ensuring I eat enough so that I "should" have sufficient energy), I'm switching to reta. I'm hoping the glucagon and other mechanisms of action help out.

Will keep my progress posted, but in the meantime, I'm absorbing as much info as I can. Thanks for providing this resource.
