Mostly just here to read, but posting this in case I want to reply.

A sad story to tell today: I was filtering/transferring from vial to syringe to pen cartridge. I do this kind of silly thing where I don't remove the plunger from the vent syringe in the cartridge until I start transferring (I figure positive pressure in there keeps outside air out). Well you guessed it, I forget to remove the plunger at all - and that's how I got 20mg of ss-31 on my pants this morning!
