My inclination would be to avoid making huge changes in the dosages. Try 8 mg tirz and 3 mg reta and see how you feel and if you continue to lose weight. Great job.Went from 218 to 135. My stack is currently 12.5mg Tirz, and 6mg Reta.

Wow, nice to hear from someone who shares a similar experience. I am 5’10” and dropped down to 130 pounds using a low dose and have been fooling around with the dosage for the last month and a half in an attempt to gain wisely while not reverting to binging. I haven’t had a lot of success in gaining yet. However just this week I decided to try something similar to what works for you, increasing the time between dosages. It’s going to be trial & error as far as dose & timeframe between doses, imho. Maybe start by lowering dose or spacing time in between doses ( or both ) and pay close attention to how you feel ( hunger/cravings ) and weigh yourself once a week? This is what I’m doing/trying to do.
I got down to 120lbs (5’4 female ) and did not want to lose anymore. Ended up down to 109lbs. I think I have finally figured out what works for me. ( managed to get back to 120 & would be happy if I gained another 5-10lbs ) I’m at lower dose and go longer in between doses. Seems to be working so far.
