How are y’all staying juicy?

I do a ton of different powdered electrolyte drinks. Whichever is on sale.
Alani and Celsius.
I've been doing a lot of chia water lately- sometimes with fruit juice instead of water.
Diet Dr. Pepper is my weakness.
Clear protein drinks, again just whichever is on sale.

Dr Pepper Zero Cream Soda is my sweet for the day. It's hard finding them around here though. Chia water what's that?

Soak two tbsp chia seeds in 16 oz water for a few hours. Add flavoring right before serving. Or, just soak in juice to start. Very high in fiber and very filling. It's a very acquired taste, it's slimy.

I do something a lot like this. In the am I have a bag of Irish tea with 1-1.5tb of chia seeds, 10-15mg of methylene blue and a couple drops of stevia. Rest of the day I drink water, before my workout I'll have 1-2tb of my own electrolyte and collagen mix with 10-15mg of MB.

When I used to drink fruit flavored protein shakes I'd add them to the water to soak a few hours before adding protein powder. Made it feel like a smoothie.
 
I think of them kinda like tapioca, they just thicken up your drink. In the hot tea they are ready to drink almost immediately. In a shake I like 10-20min. My evening/post work out meal is only whey, almond milk, and 2tb chia seeds, makes it more filling and thicker. If I'm on the go I add them to coconut water, they take on the coconut water flavor.

I'll have to remember that hot water works better. Maybe I'll try them in my mint tea at night. I put them and water in a cup and then stick it in the fridge until I feel like drinking it and add some flavoring right before serving.
 
Yeah, I didn't even know that would happen. I just wanted fiber in my first meal and was like oh whoa, that was fast.
 
For something I can drink gallons of, I like weak iced tea. I use Constant Comment decaf, and I just put a splash of concentrate into a glass of ice water. It doesn't have much flavor but it's enough.
 
I drink a lot of water. But sometimes need some flavor. I like liquid IV but I'm also cheap. What are ya'll using to stay hydrated?

I also just bought Seeq from Target.. it is clear protein. Watermelon is great.. and no aftertaste.

I drink 33.8 oz of PurAqua Aldi as well... black cherry, lime, strawberry...

I use Stur watermelon/strawberry.

And I don't give a shit about "fake sugar". Everything else tastes like garbage.
 
When I started fasting i cut out my cream and drank black coffee, now I have a cup with vanilla protein shake as cream in the afternoon.
Besides coffee, lots of water and usually a liquid iv or the occasional coconut water.
Whiskey and diet coke mixed in a few nights a week for good measure.

I've seen that clear protein in the store. Never tried it. I get tired of super sweet protein shakes. Fair life shakes aren't bad. Is that Seeq stuff thick and sweet?
