How has adding a splash of reta to your tirz been working out?

Those here who've maxxed and stalled specifically on their tirz and have added a sploosh of reta, I'd love to read feedback on whether it worked. I'm bumping up to the max, now being at 12mg and only have a bit to lose. How much reta was added to finally give a boost? I don't want to stop tirz and switch because of the health benefits I've had over the last 8 months.
 
I wanted a little boost after a plateau on tirz so I started adding 1 mg of reta about 6 weeks ago. I do my tirz on Wednesdays and Reta on Saturdays or Sundays. I didn't immediately feel a major change and was hesitant to up my tirz at the same time, so I kept at it and by week 2. From what I've read, it does build up in your system over time so people have advised to be patient with it! I definitely noticed a difference after that second week, which helped keep my appetite suppressed while staying on the lower dose of tirz as well. After a few more weeks, I upped my tirz by .5 mg and upped my reta by .5 2 weeks after that, so now I am at 1.5 reta weekly on top of my tirz and it is definitely helping a lot!

My eventual goal is to keep using both until I have lost another 30-40 pounds and I'd like to taper off tirz and stay on a low dose of reta.

I highly recommend adding it to your regimen, keeping the dose low if you can, and be patient the first few weeks but I hope it works just as well for you!

I am also curious about stacking reta. I can say that when I needed to lose the final 5-7 pounds, I started weight lifting 3x a week, and it fell off. My theory is more muscle mass = More metabolism
