How long before pulling fire alarm on QSC?

The rule of thumb is usually 3 to 6 weeks wait until it is at your door. This isn't amazon where they start processing your order as soon as they get the money.

I've had some poor communication from qsc in the past. Like for example I ordered 2 kits of some stuff and they split the order but didn't tell me so I thought what I didn't get everything and then a week later the rest came. In the end, you will get your stuff, unless there is some other issue going on like postal service issues.

Thanks. I'll continue waiting.
FYI I paid for Nov Promo no4 on 11/7, waited a full month to ask "Bella" for tracking and it's still in the "label created" stage. I think this means someone in the US prints a sticker with no package to put it on (it's still in transit from CN). I have a USPS account and a thermal printer at home and can generate tracking numbers and labels in less time than it took to write this reply.

I'll continue to wait and eat the contents of my freezer to make room 🙄

ETA - I've got a freezer full so no hurry. I just sent a shipping inquiry (after a month) when people were reporting my promo sold out and buyers were offered alternatives (like a 30mg kit).

What exactly does QSC puts in the vials for you guys to continue buying even with this type of customer service?

It feels like drug addicts that always go back to the same dealer because it's cut with fent or some shit and people are addicted to it
The customer service level isn’t relevant if you have it in you to place an order and then do something more interesting than obsess over tracking. When I’ve had legit problems with them they’ve worked w me to solve them. The trick is you don’t know if you have a legit problem for a few weeks at least, but everyone freaks out right away. And what they won’t do it gently caress your forehead and whisper in your ear about how everything will be okay, just hang in there champ your meds are in customs.

It’s really not complicated

We all have different standards and priorities I guess, for me customer service is more important

Indeed. On the “price-quality-customer service, pick two” triad I am all about price-quality (we can debate what quality means of course, to me it’s getting what you’re told you’ll get within an acceptable and predictable fill/purity range). Sounds like you are more quality-customer service, and if that’s the case, qsc definitely isn’t the right choice

If I'm in no rush and confident the package will arrive eventually, there's a few of advantages to QSC.

One, the pricing is quite competitive. Two, the network effects mean a large amount of their product is getting 3P tested. Three, they've existed for a lot longer than a lot of these vendors and all major complaints (at least with orders placed through Tracy) seem to get resolved.

ASC was my first vendor when purchasing from China, and I placed a second order with them as well, but my third was with QSC. I've gotten all my peptides in a reasonable amount of time for each order, and will use both vendors again.

First post here.

I placed a Black Friday order almost 3 weeks ago (11/25). I paid them immediately via Bitcoin. I've emailed the assistant (sigma@) 4 times for tracking and then emailed Tracy (tracy@) 1 time for tracking. Zero responses.

When should I start getting concerned? I'm okay waiting. Just would be nice if they would at least acknowledge the payment and say "we are working on your order"
I've ordered two ways. If it comes from the US (domestic for me), 1 to 2 weeks. If comes from off shore, it takes a while plus it's the holidays ... things are just slower. Don't panic, it will come, eventually.

I just received my QSC order yesterday.

You actually do need to get some shipping confirmation from their customer service if you want to be able to identify and label your vials. Assuming you ordered more than one product from them. I ordered two and there is no way to determine which product was which without a message from their customer service.

My identification clues came along with my tracking number. Shipping was fast.

I'm starting to lean towards EWB's choices in the "price-quality-customer service, pick two triad”.

I also was linked to a series of videos which show QSC's manufacturing facility. This was also confidence inspiring to see, if the videos are legit. The videos showed high-speed automated packaging of peptide vials. It looked professional to my untrained eyes.

Email isn't a guaranteed communication method. There are many pitfalls along the way from source to destination inbox.

Wait a couple weeks. Then send a message. If you don't hear back in another message. In my case, it took a couple messages to get a response. And by the time I'd received my tracking and package identification tips, it had already cleared customs.

Not sure what pulling an alarm looks like to you or what you think it could accomplish. My Black Friday domestic order was ignored until after some items I ordered sold out, despite the note about there being plenty for everyone. 😄 I received something this week but what I ordered is not what Nia told me I received. The packaging label says it’s QDSIGMARUITA15GM but I don’t know what that is either. (Is there a guide somewhere with this info?)

I feel like a jerk for continuing to email. I have two more weeks worth in my fridge so I hope that I have what I ordered so I can use it while I wait for the rest of the order to arrive; I think there were some substitutions made and the rest of my order was sent internationally, minus the bac water, which was removed and the cost used to pay for double shipping costs because they split my order after some sold out.

I will say sometimes it takes a day or so for QSC and the team to get back with you but they do! I'd also suggest that if you email, stay with email, and dont try to go back and forth between whatsapp and email.

Also, the USPS lost my package and after we waited 2 weeks with no update, Tracy and team shipped me another package (no additional charges) and it showed up within the week.

Very in-depth review, I love it

Last year it took 2.5 months to get my package. This yr it was a few weeks. Sees it varies a lot.
