I never got a response on whatsapp, I ended up successfully placing an order thru email with a new assistant i think, they misunderstood my order the first time, and responded with the exact same wrong total and order summary before they finally decided to read my email and resent the accurate total. Anyways, i think it’s sorted now, woo!

Isn’t the rule with QSC that you pay and just wait, to not expect any communication until it arrives several weeks later?

That’s why I don’t use them, because that’s the expectation and not one I can handle.

I usually use Whatsapp. I always get a response quick when I send in their time zone it seems. Just my experience. I'm still pretty new so I sent photos of my product when recieved,asked questions about different stuff. Got answers whether I liked them or not,lol. I ask for tracking a week after orders are placed as was recommend by someone in one of the groups.I'm ordering more. Addicted. Merry Christmas to me.

FYI I paid for Nov Promo no4 on 11/7, waited a full month to ask "Bella" for tracking and it's still in the "label created" stage. I think this means someone in the US prints a sticker with no package to put it on (it's still in transit from CN). I have a USPS account and a thermal printer at home and can generate tracking numbers and labels in less time than it took to write this reply.

I'll continue to wait and eat the contents of my freezer to make room 🙄

ETA - I've got a freezer full so no hurry. I just sent a shipping inquiry (after a month) when people were reporting my promo sold out and buyers were offered alternatives (like a 30mg kit).

I also first track through Yun or Parcels app. More data there and can see every stage of scanning as well as when it reaches customs. Yun will show the last step tracking for USPS when available.

The tracking number they provided is USPS that might eventually get stuck on the package. Not the intl origin shipping label.

I just received packages from my early December orders and got pleasantly surprised with the changes to packaging. Not going to get into details to avoid exposing the stealth, but I am hoping it is not a one off and they will continue this approach.

Don’t just keep the packaging, keep the vials in their packaging. The marks on the outside of the packaging will correspond to the vials inside. A pile of vials next to a pile of packaging isn’t going to do you any good!

Sorry Tracy, but even though I've been hard on QSC I have also been fair. I apologized and helped educate people when it was clear that some of the most egregious issues were related to Alisa and told them to work with you instead, but selling this kind of product is not okay, and if a customer tells you they are concerned you shouldn't brush that off.

As much as you hate me you have bigger concerns because I am not the person who compiled that thread. You might want to reach out to them to figure out why they feel the need to warn everyone about your company.

My last QSC shipment the boxes all had numbers except one. the #s on the boxes matched the line item # for the peptide in the quote, going 1-6, with the unlabeled box being the 7th item from the order.

I have the same experience.
I've also learned to order different number of kits for each product in the order.
5 kits of product A
6 kits of product B
7 kits of product C
etc
I still confirm the numbers on packages, but I get dual verification from the number of kits. I also try to match the caps to COAs, but that's never a guarantee and the test for tha batch may appear long after shipping.

You might have better luck getting help on Meso, but if you ordered from Tracy's team it might be worth tagging him directly. I'd do it for you but he already told me to fuck off once this week.
