After some...fun issues this last month, I've possibly found some resolution for my issues and it's more hydration! I was doing around 64 ounces a day. Upped it to 80-100 and so many symptoms have subsided. Questions for yall. I start my morning out with a packet of liquid IV in my first water bottle. As an athlete, i realize that electrolytes hydrate better than water. Just the way it is. Thing is, i worry about too many electrolytes. How many packets a day do you all think is too much? Anyone (not in a hot, sweaty or physically demanding job) do more than one a day? I tend to retain water a bit so I don't want to become a water balloon. Anything terms I can search or good info i could read would be welcome as well!

Don’t know exactly

To increase water retention in the body I take psyllium husk (absorbs a ton of water), creatine morning and night, electrolytes once’s a day

I do LMNT in the morning bottle then I have another hydration tablets I stick in a couple later. Probably piss it all out but makes me feel hydrated and all my sides seem to come from lack of it

I had a bad bout of low blood pressure for two days last week. Long story short, I neglected my sodium and got dehydrated. I've been careful about potassium and magnesium, but just assumed 'everybody gets enough salt.' Nope. So now I drink a spicy V8 everyday (40% RDA sodium) and I'm back to normal. Btw it also seems like it started the scale moving a bit more briskly.

I found that Reta dehydrates me. I'm using Nutricost berry flavored electrolytes from Amazon. (jokingly called Brawndo) Works perfectly and has a great cost per dose.

As for 'too much', I am not finding that to be possible. The dose per drink is still on the order of 5% of daily needs.
