I'm at 16 with the 2x daily wolverine stack, tirz on Fridays and reta on mondays. I made the mistake of telling my fiancé when she asked and she about hit the ceiling freaking out. Wont make that mistake again and tell anyone else.

Truth be told though, I feel better now than i have in a very, very long time. I dunno if the wolverine stack is working, its the 72 pound weight loss, or if its a placebo but feeling amazing every single fucking day. And like i said, its been a long time since felt that way.

Also, Think im good on supplies for awhile, just filled my second 32oz hydrapeak and need to buy another to keep everything i currently have.

Congratulations on losing weight and feeling better. I would speculate it's a combination of everything you are doing that has you feeling better. Keep it up and get to where you want to be!

I think at my peak, I was pinning 3-4 x per day (reta, cjc 1295, ipamorelin, and bpc157). Now I'm just blasting some lipo c every other day. Plan to try 5a1mq next. I'm at the point where I'm just trying different energy and mitochondria shots separately to see what works for me.

Mr. Blonde! What do you think gave you the best results in the peps and stacks youvr tried, besides obvious glp1's?

And ty for the congrats, its been a hard road, but worth it, losing weight is still everything to me right now.

Also, i have the ipamorelin as well, thinking of saving that till after the wolverine stack run, not sure how many stacks i wanna run at one time... so far so good tho

Right now, I'm at 3 pins per day during the week and one on weekends for the current protocols I'm running.

I have quite a few others in the freezer waiting with more in my cart ready to go.

On days I don't pin or only have one pin I kinda have a thought like "should I start another protocol?" just to have something to pin 😂

Bpc 157 was great for healing a knee injury I got in bjj. Although it isn't a peptide, the lipo c with vitamin b has been great for sustained energy and not crashing. It isn't like a stimulant feel but it has been noticeable and enjoyable. I also liked kpv for reduced inflammation.
I feel the same about lipo c, I really think it gave me legit energy and not just placebo - I’m out of that one right now and it’s one of the few non peptides I would buy a whole kit of. I’m trying 5 Amino/NAD stack right now, 2 weeks in, and I don’t feel the same level of energy, but maybe I haven’t given it enough time 🤔

Im not confident on Nad either, surely considered it but not sold that it works
 
That’s what I wonder with certain ones, am I going to want to do enough mg so that there’s a point to trying it in the first place? I guess I’m just overly cautious with amounts of things that aren’t a glp - I’m on 6 Tirz and was slow to titrate up to that, and stuff with less research, I might be doing a baby dose lol. You probably did NAD how it was intended, but the 5 Amino doses seem all over the place.

Depends on the day… Nad 5x week, MotsC 2x week, Reta 1x week. Some days 1 pin, some days 2 and Fridays 3. Sometimes I feel like I’m running out of places on my body to pin.

I’m not gonna lie, I get sucked into things that claim to give more energy. I have suspicions that it’s not physical but mental energy I need to improve. My anxiety basically gets me all jacked up physically, wears me out, and my in-person social battery is at a constant 25%. Time to consider Semax/Selank I guess?

I don’t have ss or mots, scared of the ss due to my lack of knowledge about it, and just happened to see 5 Amino/NAD stack mentioned on this forum. I had those on hand so I thought I’d give it a go.

SS-31 is extremely safe and even FDA approved in crazy high doses (at least compared to most wellness protocols) for Barth syndrome.

This is the only one I’ve found, it’s at the very bottom of the list of protocols - some people on STG said they were taking like 25mg or more 3x weekly, which seems weird considering I’ve only seen up to 50mg vials of 5 Amino? Maybe they misspoke and were thinking of NAD.

I’m not being critical and certainly to each his own, but I don’t know how you can really tell what’s doing what with 16 pins per day. I get the excitement and desire to try everything. I have a freezer full of stuff just waiting for its turn because I certainly want to try almost all of them! But I’m trying to be measured and deliberate and not turn too many knobs at once. Are you using a bunch of pens? With 16, I assume pens are the only way it’s manageable from a time/prep standpoint. You may need some of these! 😁

My philosophy for N=1 clincial trials is we can't control for the placebo effect anyway. So have at it, especially since some peptides have synergistic effects. "The situation is hopeless but not serious."

But there are people who feel they know if something is working if their symptoms resume sometime after stopping.

I haven’t really had a problem with sides, but if one did, it would be hard to tell which one or combination of the 16 did it. (And to be clear, I’m certainly not sticking to only one at a time either. Just using restraint when I really want to try all of them right.freaking.now!) But there’s certainly a way to phase them in as well where the effects (positive or negative) should be distinguishable.

I did not start all of mine at the same time, started almost a week apart.
