How much Mots-c is anyone who is on it taking? And, how frequently are you injecting?

5mg every M/W/F morning for the past 2 weeks.

2mg about an hour before the gym. My stamina is much better now. Been doing this for 3 weeks. I can lift more sets and cardio seems much easier.
Not the energy boost you get from caffeine but more long term energy.
 
I posted this elsewhere but it is a mitochondria protocol with info to back up the rationale behind the dosing. I just started week 3.
it is difficult to accept this as being meaningful. Maybe it's just the skeptic in me.
 
I love the Mots feel, I hate the ISR. Mine is not from PGB and when I started at 2.5mg 3x/week, I got ping pong sized lumps that lasted about 4 days. I had to go down on the dose and am now working back up. It's lessened with time, but still a thing for sure.
ping pong ball sized lumps for four days? was your entire abdomen covered in lumps? and you continued injecting this? I'd be freaking out. from one lump.
 
I plan on 2.5 mg Monday ,and Thursdays until 20 mg is gone, then a break for 4 months.
 
So.. if you look at the mice study and convert that to human mg, we are all way underdosing. That being said, I am not going to inject THAT much. However, even pep-pedia lists anti-aging protocols at 15mg 3X a week and 5mg daily is supposed to be "conservative."

I'm currently cruising on 5mg and somehow my Uther batch isn't giving me much ISR at all. I intend on going up to 10-15mg as I want anti-aging benefits (why not) and I feel like I would be able to tolerate it. I have lots of epi around, if something goes wrong.

I did 2 cycles of SS31 at 5mg a day before adding MOTS-c. It wasn't even intentional - I just got my hands on SS31 first.

Now, I am on 5mg SS31, 5mg MOTS-c, and 25mg NAD+, 5X a week.

I have done one .5mg just to check for allergies or whatever

Then two 1mg for a fasted morning workout and the first two doses were bonkers I was sweating like the devil in church.

But this morning the one mg was just okay. Probably doing its thing in the background but for the fat burning effect I seek I might bump it up a mg or two

When you went down on the dose. How much were you doing then, and for how long ? Did you get any results out of it ?

How much did you drop down to, and did you get results from it ?
 
Started the cycle this week. Couldn't decide which protocol to use, but eventually decided 3.33mg Wed/Frid/Sun. Wanna run it for 10 weeks, which is perfect to down the whole 10mg kit. I recon the vial with 1.5ml of Hospira. It gives me 3 shots of 5ml per vial. So far the only ISR I experience is an itchiness straightforward after the shot. No swelling, no red patches, pain etc. The shot spot is itchy for a few minutes and that's it.
And btw I didn't get through Ss-31 before.
 
Is this something that u just to continuously, or is it part of a protocol, with an end date?
Sorry just saw this. I switched to 1.5mg every day. Plan on running 4 months, 2 week break, then 4 months, 2 week break, etc…
