Well, I pulled the trigger and order a few things today. Will keep you guys in the loop with how it goes.

With the T120 thats like 310 for 1200mg.
I have no problems splitting that out into 60mg vials.

Also bpc 157
Tb 500
Mots c

Hopefully that makes a nice stack. Been researching all this and this looks like what I want minus maybe kpv

Placed an order with Angelia on December 22. Got USPS tracking a couple days later. Was told that Christmas caused a delay in shipping. I guess they celebrate Christmas in China? And, that New Years caused a delay. Never got the international tracking but was told that my shipment made it to Customs. Then nothing. I never saw any movement on tracking but that makes sense because USPS never got the package. Still don't know if the shipment was nabbed by customs or simply lost in the shuffle. I'm guessing the latter?
Contacted Angelia and she arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I insisted on them sending me the international tracking for the second shipment. This time the package got through customs and made it to me about 10 days after shipping.

Basically on your own for testing since they don’t use batch numbers

Overall not a bad experience. Can't blame them for a shipping snafu. Might order again if they get the US warehouse stocked up and get their testing figured out.

Would also be interested in joining a testing group for them if anyone has one set up.

Disclaimer I will be adding updates below my original post as relevant!

I ordered 2 MONTHS ago now and still have not received product. I wanted to order from HPT’s US warehouse but they did not have what I was looking for in stock. I was pushed to order from the Chinese warehouse, and in the end, did due to a price adjustment (now regretting).

I had to go through an awful back and forth with US Customs and HPT. HPT sent the product with incorrect paperwork to begin with, then kept providing me with more incorrect paperwork to send Customs. I was lucky Customs was patient enough to ask for what they needed to be on the paperwork multiple times. Eventually, HPT just stopped giving me what was requested.

I have requested a replacement several times and there is always an excuse for a delay. When I finally was given dates for when I would be sent new product, I had to follow up myself, only to be told it had not been sent but it would be. Repeat.

I have tried asking for a refund but that has gone no where as I expected. I’ve sent them countless messages at this point.

Update: I have been told a replacement order will be expedited to me today. I was given a photo showing the product and order slip. My Glutathione was upgraded from GTT600 to GTT1500 at no charge.

Note: I did not see this action until after I posted both here and their Telegram. I was contacted directly by my sales rep asking me to delete this post as they were concerned about their relationship with the forum. Understandable, but I compromised in that I will post updates until I receive product and then conclude my review appropriately.

Note: Today, upon checking tracking for an unrelated international order, I saw my package had been withheld at US Customs for multiple days. The merchant is unrelated to HPT and is a well known global cosmetic company I have ordered from several times. I normally would have had my order already without issue.

I believe this is important to consider when choosing a vendor. This is obviously a risk you always face with these orders but I have never had anything be held at US Customs prior to my HPT order. I will have to continue to wait for that order now as well, and will have greater risk placing international orders as I normally would.

While you are both right, we can probably do without as much play-by-play. Once things are concluded/resolved posting a single final update would be the best approach.
 
Placed an order with HPT - US Warehouse for 3 kits (KISSPEPTIN, KPV, Epitalon) on Wed 4/15, received on Mon 4/20. No tracking was provided but they came fast. Stealth packaging and items were received in perfect condition. Easy transaction and communication. Not sure of the rep name, I think Mija (the email sender name was in Chinese script). Happy with my purchase due to speed and mitigated risk of customs issues. Stock is limited in US warehouse but they had enough of what I was looking for. 🙂

I've ordered Twice through this vendor both times were great experiences, once through the China warehouse and once through the US warehouse. Both times my Rep was Angelia, she was very responsive and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. My order from the US warehouse took 2 days to come in. My most recent order was placed right before the shutdown happened (like 1 day before lol) and it arrived after 7 days of shipping no issues though customs or anything it was fast. Its also nice to see a Vendor that responds in the telegram and watches what is going on and bans people for sending scam links.

Both times tracking was received within 24 hours and on top of that my rep unprompted shot me a message when my package landed in the US, a lot of vendors preach about transparency and costumer service but I think this one hit the nail right on the head. Prices are reasonable and while shipping might be on the higher end I would rather pay for good fast shipping than shipping that's cheap and gonna get stuck somewhere and not update me. Would recommend.

I have ordered twice now from HPT, both times through Angelia. Both times very responsive to messages and she sent tracking updates when my order was close by.

Order 1 was 1 kit of TR60 from the Australian warehouse.
Ordered 28th Jan
Received tracking the same day
Delivered 3rd Feb

Order 2 was 4 kits, KLOW, KPV, GHK-CU and MOTS-C from their China warehouse
Ordered Feb 25th
Tracking number March 2nd
Delivered March 11th

A friend of mine ordered from their China warehouse around the same time I did and his package was seized by customs, however true to their word they resent it free of charge with no hassles (it made it through customs the second time around).

I've found their prices competitive compared to other vendors. Been happy with the products after several months of use, very effective. Will definitely order through them again.
