Hey everyone. I’m gonna buy some tirz only very soon. It cost me $750 for this. Price included syringes only. I know they’re cheap on Amazon.

Price did not come with blood word. I paid $150 extra for that.

I’m having trouble understanding how many mgs my vial is from the local youth clinic.

The dose they want me to use is .35 cc/ml per week. For one month. Then .7 cc/ml per week. For month two. She told me this is a “4 month supply”.

I’m wanting to order raw ingredients and combine them myself. I don’t know how many mg vials I should order.

25mg +7mg per mL

They're starting you out at a dose of .35mL, so 8.5 mg + 2.45 mg week 1-4 (little over 1/3 mL)

Then they have you taking .7mL, so 17.5mg + 4.9mg week 4-8 (just over 2/3 mL)

If you don't understand that math, making your own may not be the right choice until you do.

.35ml dosage when the vial is 7mg/ml. Wouldn't this be 2.45mg and then the next four weeks he titrates up to 4.9mg?

.35 x 7=2.45
.7 x 7 = 4.9

This corresponds closely to the starting dosage of 2.5mg and next step of 5mg.

Am I completely off here?

Total vial contains roughly 29.4mg. If you purchased a 30mg vial the dosing would be 2.5mg 4wks and 5mg 4 wks

I don't know anything about carnitine so I won't comment on that one's preferred dosages.

As for tirz, yes, you're correct. But this is basic math and the ability to understand what you are doing to calculate this is something I'd consider to be a baseline skill before taking the plunge. I'm not intending to be rude; OP just needs to make sure they know what they're doing before concocting their own brew to inject themselves with.

Edit: misspelled carnitine

Completely agree, do it wrong and you could be in for a rough week.

I completely get it. I’m new to peptides.

I’ve been a anabolics and androgenics user for 2 decades now. I understand the conversion with test, deca, primo, tren.

I suppose the same principle applies here. I am just extremely unsure and I wanted opinions on this from experienced people.

To clarify; are you looking to create the same mix to continue what you've started? Or just switch to tirz only? Tirz only is easy. Carnitine I'm not sure since I have zero experience. Just keep things in the same 25/7 ratio, I would assume. So approx 3.5u (3.57 if we want to be super exact) carintide to every 1u tirz.

Edit: misspelled carnitine again

Double edit: ok my phone is auto correcting it, it was just misspelled in my edit too.

I think you asked what gray market size vial you should order to be equivalent to the compound you received from this pharmacy?

Ignore Carnitine. It's not necessary and is just part of the mix so it can be called "compound".

You won't find 7.5mg vials. So just get 10mg vials of lyophilized gray market tirz.

I'm not sure why other answers above me included the Carnitine in the math.... just forget about Carnitine. There are plenty of supplements that contain it and it doesn't need to be mixed with Tirz.

Titration schedule for Tirz is 2.5mg weeks 1-4. Then 5.0mg weeks 5-8. And if needed 7.5mg weeks 9-12

For 10mg vials, I'd probably mix with 1ML of water just to keep the mg math base 10.

I included it because OP seemed to imply they wanted to combine the two themselves. Thank you for the additional information.

It's only added as an attempt to work around the FDA issue to stop compounding pharmacies.

It's a dietary supplement. If you want L-Carnitine, you can drink a Red Bull. It doesn't really have a place in Tirzepatide injections. And trying to include it just overcomplicates the math which can lead to things like people mixing up numbers and harming themselves.
