I've been XXL for quite some time, and last April it's safe to say they were a bit snug even then. No more!

32 degrees had some active wear shirts on sale, I gambled on XL, and they fit me. With my frame and musculature it's doubtful I'd get to a L, and I'm okay with that. A loose XL is my goal for this April.

Thanks GLPs.

Feels great yeah ?
It absolutely does. Even better, I'm preparing for a trip about a month from now to where I need some new pants -- bought online from a retailer known for an excellent return policy, because my personal history is such that I always expect to get pants that are too tight. Instead, even though I sized down to where I thought I'd need, they were a little loose (and will be even looser in a month when I need them). THAT was an amazing feeling.

Such a great feeling when you can lop off an X from your clothing size. Having to buy 3XL was the turning point for me, now I'm just about flirting with an XL but determined to get there! Great work.

Congratulations, that is huge. Being able to buy 2xl and xl off the rack are two of my baby steps leading up to goal one.

The driver for me to change something wasn’t the high bp or Cpap or even feeling like crap. It was not being able to go into a store and buy shirts or pants to replace the ones that didn’t fit anymore.

I love this! Wins like this have a huge impact on your life. Congratulations on your progress OP. 😀

that's great! Shopping in just regular stores was a huge milestone for me. Love it.

Congrats!

I bought a new pair of swim trunks last year, size 3x. I could have used 2x. They were comically large when I tried them on, so I bought a new pair. And for real, and I seriously CANNOT BELIEVE THIS, I had to buy a medium. A fucking medium.

I haven't had a waist this small in 30 years. Tirz and Reta are straight-up miracles. I'm glad my kids won't be fatherless because I had a serious cardiovascular event at 46.

I went from women’s size L to size XS and it feels so good. Now, when I go shopping and try on clothes, I am not looking for clothes that make me look slimmer, I am looking for simply what I like. It has completely changed my outlook on clothing.
