Yes I know, I know! There is nothing new under the sun, and I have been through all the archives here, as well as dozens and dozens of reddit threads on the Tirz Reta and Peps boards. But this is different. If I ask advice there, I will get a ton of names I don't know. Here is a bit more intimate, any advice I get will possibly be given by someone I have already posted to and commented at some point. Love this smaller footprint after being in the massive reddit rat race for so long.

Ok, I want to stack Reta and Tirz. I already am, but after reading so much on it, and my AI companion repeatedly telling me no don't do it, yet seeing how its been both so successful and unsuccessful for others having second thoughts. Would like the benefits of both. Geez, I've even seen folks saying that there are already mixes called Burn Blends and i seem to remember coming across those on occasion and at the time wasn't sure what they were.

6 to 7.5 Tirz on Friday evenings and then Monday evening 2.5 ( for a month to start ) of Reta, and then possibly upping the Reta and going a little lower on the Tirz and upping the Reta. I probably shouldn't have gotten like 4k+mg of tirz hanging out in hydraflask containers parked in the middle of my chest freezer. And with very little Reta on hand, now I wish Id split the differe4nce but to late for that. If anyone knows any fat orphans this time of year boy do I have gifts for them.

Anyway. Wanna stack em both, I'm stuck weight wise between 265 and 270 for a couple of weeks now. Would rather be using Reta for awhile
to break through his but have a dragons hoard of Tirz and really want to keep using that, at least for now. Indecisive. I do trust certain ( I know I shouldn't BWAHAHAHA ) folks opinions on this board. Been reading like a maniac as a guest way before I signed up and started blabbing. Soooo,,,, What say you???

I don't understand why you don't stick with RT. Everything I've read and seen is Reta does everything triz does but better and you don't lose as much muscle.

If it's not working for you you're at too low a dose.

Appreciate that, but I want to hear from folks that have tried both, preferably from some people on this forum that I have already interacted with. I'll even throw out a few names. Indolent, Calm Logic, Airborne Daddy, Yoyofat, Chmuse, Keankong or even Zippity Doo Dah lol These are all fuckers whose threads and posts i've enjoyed. This isn't about things not working, this is experimenting for science. 😀

I have been stacking for over a year. I do 5 tirz with 8 Reta every week. I am now two pounds under goal

I stack tirz with Survo and like it VERY much. I feel like my tirz fatigue/anhedonia (it may have only been one or the other, since the two would have had the same result for me) is almost entirely gone. That said, I was REALLY unscientific about it; the fact that I was also doing a cycle of klow AND a cycle of the mitochondrial protocol (nad+ stacked against SS-31 for six weeks, followed by nad+ against MOTS-C) means god knows what combination of what helped the most. But I felt some difference even before I started shooting up way too many things at once.

I've been on 10mg of tirzepatide for about a year. Two months ago I started adding in 1mg of reta. I take tirz on Wednesday and the reta on Sunday. This week I plan on upping the reta to 2mg and continue increasing at a slow rate depending on side effects. The only reason that I am continuing with the tirz is that I have a prepaid script for a year.

So, for me, I titrated up to 12.5mg Tirz over the course of 9 months or so. Tirz had its magic going through 7.5mg. Weight loss slowed at the 7.5 mg mark, and I titrated up through 9, 10, and then 12.5mg. Throughout that process, around 10 weeks, I actually gained 11 pounds, and then would lose 3, gain 2, lose nothing, gain 1, etc. And the sides have been absolutely brutal for me at 9mg and up.

At this point, its been 11 weeks with no meaningful progress. I'm three weeks in on a CJC1295/Ipamorelin/Tesamorelin stack, which is producing some results for me that I can discuss in greater detail if you're interested.

I bought some Reta to have when Nexa had a decent preorder on it, and I reconned a couple vials planning on using it somewhere down the road. Last week, when I saw yet another stall on the scale, I was pissed off enough that I took a 2mg dose of Reta four days after my 12.5mg Tirz shot. I posted something about planning it out on GLP Plotter on someone's thread, but I just pulled the trigger in a moment of frustration. Today was my second 2 mg pin of Reta. This past week I felt the magic like I did before when I started Tirz. Incredible suppression of food noise. Felt good. I lowered my Tirz dose to like 6.25 mg this week just because that's what I had left in the vial. My sides are much more tolerable and I feel better this week than last. I'm thinking I'd like to settle around 3.75 mg of Tirz (or maybe I'll just stop entirely, I don't know), and get to at least 8 mg of Reta.

So, that's where I'm at with this. Just two weeks on Reta 2 mg and it's been a pleasant experience so far.

Yea ive heard the ipa/tesa can help, but havent tried all that yet , glad youve broken your stall!

While I haven't tried tirz .. I am stacking 2 GLP1s, sema and reta. My two cents is that as long as you take baby steps with your dosage increases and don't increase both at the same time .. go for it.

Ty miss gizmo! Almost inclided you and fatlicia in this post too hahahhaha! I'm gonna ease into it. Think its also the holidays, i havent been hungry but have been eating just because theres amazing food all.around this time of year. Things will improve on monday when back at work, on my protein and back in my calorie deficit.

I stack Tirz with a little Sema and it's working perfectly.. But we all know that what works to me can do nothing to others... But I want to share my experience

I started the stack based on the chartpicture I attached

(this is a copy of a post I wrote to someone)

"
In this chart we can see the inhibition constant (Ki) for each receptor when you use Sema, Tirz and Reta. This values are measure in relation with our own natural hormones. The lower the value means it's more similar response to your own natural hormone.

Lower values = better
Meaning that even a small dose, you have a response

The GLP-1 Ki values are the ones responsible for satiety/food noise) and as you can see on this picture, semaglutide is best, then Tirz and the worst Reta.

So it's normal that the food noise suppression will be the worst and to get better suppression means taking more mg to achieve that feel

I'm still using Tirz, but even Tirz is worst in food noise supression if I compare it to Sema

Now.. What I do to overcome this..
2 days after my shot of Tirz, I inject just a very small amount of Sema (in my case 0.1mg) and it's amazing. Normally 2 days before my next shot of Tirz I would feel hunger and now it's Zero. It has been perfect to me this combination
I fact I was tittrating up my Triz and after this stack I stopped and I'm still at 5mg per week plus that 0.1mg of Sema.
Some people use cagrilintide to have this similar result but I read a lot of side effects. I do not experience any side effects with my stack

Also, because GLP-1 ki of sema is so good that I just need a very small amount of sema to compensate the worst GLP-1 KI of Tirz (more or less 5 times worst)

In this case I bought a Pen of Ozempic to assure that I was precisely injecting 0.1mg of Sema. The pen will last so long (months at this dose) that it's becomes cheap

If in the future I switch to Reta, and taking in account the values of that table (with more or less 7 times worst inhibition of Glp1 ki) I would maybe inject at max 0.2mg of Sema two days after the Reta shot

I'm just sharing what I do to avoid the food noise supression that I was feeling and now it's totally gone

this is so cool - i've been on tirz and sema but not at the same time/stacked. saving this!

Nice! Can I ask why you chose to stack them? And congrats on goal BTW, i need about another 70 to 80 to reach my final goals...
Tirz made me very cold and I couldn’t imcrease it anymore. So I started with low dose Reta and slowly built up. For awhile I wasn’t doing any tirz at all. But noticed my arthritis pain had returned so decided to add in 2.5 tirz to help with that pain. I do 2.5tirz, two days later 3.0 Reta then two days later2.5 tirz then two days later 3.0 Reta. I also had added in a little bit of Cagri on fridays only. Slid right into goal with this mixture.
