Yes, problem with Ava!!! Large order placed with a friend, on May 3rd.. I expected the order to be processed on May 5, after they had been off for their Chinese holiday. As of today, May 10, it still has not processed to get a tracking number. Plus, Ava commented that she had to take time off. What? She just had 5 days off. She has poor communication and is slow to answer. Here is the complaint: I made a complaint in the complaints section of the sellers platform. About, items not being shipped properly or in a timely manner. Also brought up that her other customers are receiving the wrong items, after paying duties to customs. I put in my complaint that the seller was sending me screenshots of other customers transactions, with their private information readable, asking me if it were my order. That is breaching privacy policies by showing me private information of her customers. Her response to my complaint was to make a joke out of it in a group chat, mocking me saying that she's gotta get on her cap and hat and start doing all the deliveries personally, continuing to mock me. I told the seller how very unprofessional of her to make a joke out of my concerns, and to publicly mock me. I ordered and payed for my items on t 5-3-25. The seller said items will be shipped out on the 6th, and my items have yet to leave their warehouse. So I want a refund. There is another 200 dollar transaction that I made immediately after this one that I will also be seeking a refund for. Making it a total of 940+/- it was an added purchase after 1st transaction of 740. I do not want to do business with this company that is so disorganized and extremely rude when you bring your concerns to their attention. I cannot afford to spend almost 1000 dollars on products and chance receiving someone else's order. I do have the saved messages about her telling me when shipping would take place. I then message 3 days later on the 6th inquiring about tracking and was told the shipping department doesn't have all my items. I asked why didn't she tell me something I ordered was out of stock? She informed me it is in stock in their warehouse but they have to take it to shipper. My items will be sent out next week sometime. I cannot wait another week for my items. I have waited long enough and endured her making a mockery of me on a public forum. I just want my money back and to move on.
