Getting tired of sticking every day for GLOW. Ready to jump on the pen train. Where do you suggest I begin? Seems the pens are being sold on Aliexpress now. Are those safe? What about the carts? Is there a guide or resource out there for a good beginners guide?

my suggestion is to start by watching a few of those how to videos.. (tbh that may be all you need, really). as for ordering - you can do aliexpress or maybe "domestic" - pep pen has a really good sale now... and btw those are all same pens .. PS.. don't forget the case.. a really nice thing to have.

Needles are always sharp - no need to dull them with rubber stopper. It's also a lot easier to dial in the correct number of units. There is very little dead space, so you could use all of the reconstituted peptide without struggling to collect it from under the stopper. The stopper of the cartridge is protected from dirty hands by the needle holder thread, reducing the chance of contamination with bacteria.

as @beefsteak points out, it is indeed true that all the domestic places are selling the same pens you can get on alibaba/aliexpress, so if you're not in a hurry you can save a few bucks by getting them that way. there is some skepticism about whether the alibaba cartridges are sterile so you can buy ones that are sterilized by the reseller. the testing server is figuring out whether they are in fact sterile straight from the china source but that hasn't been done yet, so if you're a worrier you'll want to get them from a domestic source that does sterilization. i just get carts off of aliexpress and have lived to tell the tale, though.

Been looking a bit into this myself but feel as if I'm not fully informed yet, or it seems more hassle than its worth vs disposable needles. I can maybe see the advantage for travelling, but the problem is I live on a Mediterranean island and won't have domestic supplies of the cartridges so will constantly need to pay international postage as they're not cheap enough to buy bulk - whereas I can get 100 disposable insulin needles locally for dirt cheap.
It’s the fresh needle that makes the biggest difference for me. There’s some peps I take infrequently so I just normal vial and syringe and the dulling from the viable is so noticeable after using pens the last few months.
I also bought a cheap cartridge holder off of Etsy that hold us up like 4 cartridges at once so filling them has gotten easier as well.
i buy cartridges 100 at a time for $50 shipped to USA from china, so $0.50/pc. once filled, a cartridge will support anywhere from 10-30+ injections depending on the peptide and concentration/dose. Pen needles are cheaper than insulin syringes. So at the end of the day it's not like it's a high cost endeavor, perhaps adding a few cents per injection.
there is definitely a learning curve to filling them, but at this point it only takes me a few minutes and like i said only happens once every 10-30 injections. for me the hassle trade-off is well worth it because i am taking a couple of injections per day, which are significantly streamlined by the pen. If it was one per week I would definitely not bother with pens.

Thanks, I just found the cartridges you speak of on Aliexpress so that's now a legit option for me. I am injecting once per week at the minute but I might be encouraged to go this route if I start stacking, or start buying more concentrated stuff (currently only using 15mg Tirz vials at the minute so would be a bit of a hassle to transfer to pen when I'm only on 7.5mg per week - 60mg vials it would make sense).

I agree it doesn't really make sense for 1x week dosages but you could reconstitute 2-3 vials into one cart and then be good for 4-6 weeks.
