Hello all!! I am new here but not new to Glp-1. I am trying to navigate my journey safely. Started with compound over 2 yrs ago but have been researching for last 15 months. I am older and my search is hindered by my lack of computer or phone savvy. I am failing miserably. I have gained back 15 pounds of the 58 pounds I had lost. I have a freezer full of vials procured from group buys and various sources that lack efficacy. I read voraciously Facebook, Reddit, Discord, Pepys but I struggle to navigate these sites. I am exhausted and losing hope of continuing my weight loss journey.

I am curious about the group buys, didn't they come with tests? did they checkout on the test results for purity and fill?
have you properly titrated?

I know they seem like simple questions, but it seems that quality and quantity would be the first things to assess.

If that is verified, I would be concerned about other underlying problems like nutrition or health issues.

@Calm Logic is usually good at digging up these types of cases or should i say causes for actual peps to stop working...if in fact you have verified you did not buy a bunch of the end of 2024 zero peptide specials.

Hi Madman,

Certainly, just as uplifting as it is to lose weight on GLPs, it can be equally disheartening when the weight goes back on.

Please feel free to give us a bit or ton of additional information about your situation and vials and everything else. For example:

When did you stop or take a break from GLPs?

Which, if any, GLP-1s were you on when you regained the 15 pounds? What was the dose?

Previous to that, how high were your doses with sema, or tirz, or whatever?

Beyond the scale, did you notice any improvements in bloodwork or anything else, even when weight loss stopped or you gained weight?

Since we all stall eventually, even with quality products: Have you tried reta yet? Or maybe adding survo to stack with any existing tirz?

Worse come to worse, you can see an obesity specialist, but people in the grey who stall can experience weight loss again, such as with the newer tools like reta or cagri. Or doses of tirz that are above 15 mg per week.
