Hi All,
I started my journey with a BMI of 28 ,Sleep apnea that led to hypertension and that in turn led to Stage 3 kidney disease with a side of prediabetes . Advised to lose weight and I just couldn't. I started walking , and walking and I walked some more. I never could out walk my spoon.

Two years in and a friend started raving about Retatrutide. He gave me a shot and it was off to the races. I was hunger free for the first time in years.I lost almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and got my A1C down to normal.
I ordered Zepbound from his vendor because I thougt well.....FDA approved vs medication still in trials. But it's not suppressing my appetite much, I've already gained back 3 lb. I just don't want to waste 300 bucks, so I'll finish the vial. In the meantime I've sourced more Retatrutide and in the process went down the rabbit hole of peptides on Reddit and found my way here. The End

I have the same question is your EGFR improving? Also, I have heard that Retuatrutide will help with my fatty liver disease. I used Semi for many, many months.... explained it all in the intro.
So, I just skipped tirz and went straight to Reta, but Tirz is now FDA approved for Sleep Apnea which I also have. So, I have been wondering about if I made the right choice.

You made the right choice:

Both tirzepatide (Zepbound) and retatrutide are medications that show significant promise for treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), primarily through their substantial weight loss effects.

For both drugs, the improvement in sleep apnea is largely attributed to the significant weight loss they induce. Reducing overall body fat, particularly around the neck and airway, helps alleviate the physical obstruction that causes OSA.

If retatrutide gains FDA approval for OSA, its potentially superior weight loss could make it a very compelling option, especially for individuals with higher BMIs or those who don't achieve sufficient results with tirzepatide.
