I am 51 yrs old. My fathers side of the family has heart issues and obesity. My father past at 60 and my grandfather at 65.

I am here to try to reverse that trend.

Currently I am 250-ish lbs with a fatty liver and COPD.

I am looking to peptides for weight loss as well as other health benefits discovered through the trials... Heart/Cardio, Blood Sugar, Appetite Suppression etc...

My goal is to lose about 90lbs. I was on 2.5 mg. Triz and had AMAZING appetite suppression and zero food noise. Today I did my first shot of 2mg. Reta waiting to see the effects to judge where I want to go next.

Reading the announcements a little more closely would be a good start. There you'll see that I have to apply user "promotions" manually in batches and well, if you read it you'll grasp the rest...

I figured that Reta. has more health benefits so I am trying that out for about a month and a half to see what the effects may be. But, I do know that the food "noise" cravings are still there a little compared to ZERO!!! food noise on Tirzep. But it is not too much that I cannot handle it. BONUS!!! I believe that Tirzep definitely helps with anxiety. Since my food cravings are gone on Tirzep, my anxiety has dropped dramatically. I just to have anxiety attacks and would eat a lot to calm down. But!!!, I believe the stomach is telling the brain that since I am not craving food I must not have anxiety. Kinda like reverse psychology.

I just read the "Welcome New Members! READ BEFORE POSTING!" I did not know there were more required reading. The batch promotions were not mentioned in the above post. Maybe include all information for newbies in a single post as searching around for further instructions can be confusing.

The restriction only lasts for a few weeks or so but the good news is that you have plenty of time to read all the posts. You’ll learn A LOT. And it will answer a lot of questions that you may already have.

I agree the organization could be better, but I also hold out a flicker of hope that people will spend a little time looking around and reading first. 🤪

It's not even that long once the first intro post is up along with some follow-up posts in their own or others' intro threads combined with some likes and me getting around to running the scripts which I've been doing about every other day lately. On average I'd say it's usually around 72-96 hours from the time of the first post as long as we don't have to delete any for vendor talk etc.
