Hi,

I've been taking Mounjaro since march of this year. I've lost 23kg so far. I'm currently having great success on the 5mg dose. I'm wanting to switch to retatrutide to have a better chance at maintaining my muscle mass while losing weight. I am exercising but it's patchy at the moment, quite inconstant with it but I'm sure I'll get there. I'm using the time taking these drugs to improve my relationship with food and my eating habits.

I have the same thing going on. Maybe a glitch? It’s been maybe a week since I’ve been here. I also see that below my avatar it says “I’m new here” and my number of posts is less than it was. Maybe I’ve been spending too much time on Peppy’s and not enough time here?

I would like to send you a direct message, if possible, as I have recently received an order from a vendor advertising on this forum. I had tests done, and there was a 5mg shortage on one vial and a different peptide from what I ordered on another. I'm a newbie, so I don't understand the protocol for displaying this type of information. I think it would be helpful to other members in this forum if I shared the results. Thanks.

Oh, I was going to try Mounjaro, but honestly everything is just so expensive here and nothing's covered under my insurance, so I was looking for a cheaper option. Reta sounds kind of miraculous, which has me a bit sus 🤣

But yes, I'm currently fixing my relationship with food too! It's been... a journey, lol.

I haven't been able to fully dig into the forum yet (super noob here lol) but I can already tell from reading that everyone's supportive and has our back. LEGGO!!!

It's not particularly expensive in the UK I'm paying around £130 for a pen. Which is about $170.

I still think reta is worth taking for me anyway because of the muscle retaining benefits.

How is your food relationship journey going at the moment?
