I was on tirzepatide in 2025 off and on for 6 months and dropped weight, as of December I started using Reda and in February stacking that with CJC 1295 with ipamorelin, my activity has been minimal I'm a general contractor so a lot of the activity that i do is walking around someone's house, walking inside someone's house or walking up on the roof.
I recently bought an inversion table and I'm wondering if anybody has used this table and added some sort of workout, I have looked online and bumped around but I would rather have real people input.
Gym membership is coming up in the next week but for the meanwhile I've been on the inversion table and would like to incorporate something that might help out as far as maybe burning fat or building muscle while on it, any input is appreciated.
