The term "kit" or occasionally "box" is used to refer to 10 vials at the stated mass per vial.
Out of curiosity, what about survodutide do you see as advantageous over retatrutide? [I've used neither, and on month two of 2.5mg (sub-therapeutic) weekly tirzepatide. I'm learning for eventual plateau/stall.
Sema the GLP1 = .38
Tirz the GLP1 = 4.23 with GIP = .135
Reta the GLP1 = 7.2 with GIP = .057 and GCCR = 5.6
Surv the GLP1 = 1 with GCCR = 8.3
Maz the GLP1 = 28.6 with GCCR = 17.7
Cag produces amylin so it doesn't have the bindings.
Lower numbers mean the peptide will bind better making it more effective. The GLP1 is the main appetite suppression effect, so in this case it's Sema, Surv, Tirz, and Reta for the best appetite suppression. The GIP makes you feel fuller longer by delaying gastric emptying so it's Reta and Tirz for this. The GCCR is the glucagon component aka energy so it goes Reta, Surv, and Maz.
When stacking it depends on what your goal is, some just add more of their peptide. In my RS subjects case the appetite suppression is failing with Tirz about midway through causing a slow down or stall. It is a common problem faced by many RS around the world and in the case of my RS they went with a cagrilintide but have run into the most common side effect from it, tiredness.
Amylin is what your body produces when you have a full stomach, so for the RS its like they have stuffed themselves on a Thanksgiving turkey for 2-3 days and just want to nap. Worse, the full stomach feeling is getting shorter after each shot but the tiredness remains.
Sema is an option but the RS has found the nausea side effects way stronger than he would like, aka throwing up. Stacking mid-week Tirz is on the table but the RS would prefer to stack something more synergistic for weight loss. Maz is an option but the bindings are weak and the RS would prefer a stronger one. Reta is a decent option but the appetite suppression is weaker than Tirz, the glucagon is nice and the RS responds well to GIP but isn't sure he needs a slower GI tract, the days after the shot can get a little 'hard' if you know what he means.
Surv seems to be the best option, it is the 2nd best for appetite suppression and it adds a new component to boost energy making it an excellent choice for a weight loss stack.
