I have no idea how to use Discord and Telegram. Are those necessary? I’m comfortable on regular forum sites like this one and have recently figured out how to at least navigate Reddit, but all these different platforms drive me nuts. Do I need a Discord/Telegram for dummies class?

Do you see yourself as an ongoing participant in learning about and acquiring compounds? I don’t think tele/discord absolutely necessary, but it’s advantageous to pick one or the other platform and get comfy with using them.
It’s a good way to stay tapped in on group buys, vendor updates and other happenings in the space.

They are easy to use messaging apps, and like cold calls block anyone the sends you a private message they are a scammers.
It will also cost you money! $150 in Niimbots just this week. 🤪

I’m in some Telegram and Discord groups. I agree, I’d dump Reddit unless you just want to occasionally check in to see what’s going on. TG and Discord have provided me with tons of info that I don’t necessarily get from the forums, just from lurking and hopping in every so often.
And as others have said, it provides access to all the testing groups you can imagine which is extremely valuable.

For sure. I’ve been researching for over a month and still don’t think I know anything. 😂

I definitely tend to over analyze. I want to be sure that what I’m injecting into my test subject is the real deal and most importantly, safe.

It’s like a firehouse of information, I totally get it. It’s been a little over a year for me and I still have a lot to absorb.

I didnt want to add them, but I have reached out to a vendor and he/she said the items were sold out, and to stay up to date with telegram or discord. I am glad I joined discord for the group testing. Still overwhelmed by the many messages people post. I go and look at what I need and log off.

The one and only Reddit forum I find interesting is Retatrutide Trials. Assuming the people aren't lying, they are posting a lot of interesting information. The new protocol is 2, 4, 6, 9 and 12mg. They talk about new trials and trial extensions. And of course, they talk about their experiences being on the real stuff.

I lost my weight on a stack of Tirz and Reta. Knowing that Reta trials were being expanded and extended gave me the confidence to use Reta, even though we only have Phase II data.

As for the rest of Reddit . . . it is kind of a waste land.

Reddit is what you make it and it all depends on where you hang out there. Every sub is ran by a different overlord with different rules, different feels. My wife always hated it until I explained to her that reddit is just another tool, a way to communicate with other netizens (am I showing my age using that term?) There's lots of garbage on the internet as a whole, but to discount it was useless because it contains garbage is just way over simplification.

One word to the wise tho: if you sign up for telegram, but sure to use a 'real' phone number (associated with an actual cell phone), as I used my voip line to sign up with (which I do use as my main number), but after messaging a few vendors (unsolicited) within a couple days, they banned my account for spam! I'd spend months joining groups and getting the lay of the land. Was really disappointing to just get cut off and any appeal for a ban reversal falls upon deaf ears. I'm still salty about it.

For me it was easier to buy the supplies I needed to get my hands on it and look at it. I started as soon as I had everything. I still don't know much but enough to get started.

I was on telegram before my journey so that was easy for me. I am not a fan of JEEP telegram because it's just a lot of talk no topics like in a forum. Cain has it set up like a forum and it's easier to navigate. I do not like discord but I am in a few groups there.

LOL...I just dropped $145.06 on the Niimbot site this weekend!

I feel exactly the same as you. I unintentionally joined a testing group where I had to pay but didn’t realise. I hadn’t bought the items and didn’t understand what I was doing. It’s very very confusing

From what I can see, you can get buy at looking at vendor promotions here but I find the notifications of new group buys or promos easier to get from discord/telegram. If sticking to glp1forum, you just would have to look through the new promos every few days.
If you are interested in being a part of testing groups, then yeah discord/telegram is your best bet.
Reddit unfortunately is a bit sad when it comes to getting good info and those subreddits are starting to attract lazies who can't bother to properly research or look up info.

It's like I'm reading my own journal. 🤣🙏 Feel for you. But I personally can tell you that I've learnt more on discord and telegram than anywhere, even though until 2 weeks ago I didn't even know what those were. I'm still from the time people sent real telegrams and discord is just another word to mean disagree. So I say Yes to both.

I'd say they're useful so you can assess a variety of vendors - some only use one or the other etc. Discord is also useful for talking to other people about the vendor itself. Be very careful though - there are a tonne of convincing looking scammers on both.

I dislike Discord very much and prefer Telegram. But some vendors tend to favor Discord over TG, so I use it. Discord is ugly and clunky. I wouldn't say they're a requirement, but not every vendor posts up to date information here, so at least having them to find out is best.
