Is NEXAPH FIRST with Hyperlinked Kits?

Ordered around lunch 9/20. Received today 9/25! Order arrived well packaged, pucks intact, QR code works. Confirmed the report matches on Jano's website. Very excited to research this!

Just reconstituted some NEXAPH Tesa, TB500, and BPC-157 all pulled 2ml of BAC water with vacuum very quickly. All crystal clear instantly. All QR links match test and crimp/cap combination and batch number on Jano test when it was listed. I hope all future 2nd party tests list the batch number on the test, this does not seem to be consistent but still better than most.

Inspect the crimping on those mots-c, I'm curious if they've improved after getting feedback. I was able to rotate the crimp/vial independently on at least 1 or 2 from each kit. (the vial was also slightly smaller than standard.
Hi zpped, may I ask if you used the vials that had the rotating crimps? I have a kit of t30 and two of the vials have loose, spinning crimps. I'm not sure if I should use them or toss them.

If you contact Cain, he will most likely replace them for you.

Alright, thanks. I only resurrected this thread in hopes of learning more. Didn't mean to make a faux pas.

Also, my issue is not with a Nexaph product. They've got enough bad press going on right now, don't need to add to that load. I was simply searching for situations similar to what I'm experiencing and this one came up. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. 🙏

I only mentioned looking further so as not to commit my own faux pas. I think you should contact Cain, personally, but a lot of people have strong opinions here.

If the vacuum seal is intact it theoretically is good to go. But I think my personal tolerance for risk is pretty high.

Thank you so much for your reply. I ended up reaching out to the vendor (not Nexaph, someone else) as chmuse suggested, and they are taking care of me. But I very much appreciate knowing your thoughts on this. That makes a lot of sense.
