Normal. Stuff takes time to make its way over seas. In some cases, it gets held up at the border for a while. I've had a few shipments from overseas take literal weeks, while others were here in much faster. Most of the time, my tracking doesn't update until things both arrive stateside, but also start moving.
It is very possible the package got stopped by customs. This doesn't mean you won't receive it, but it could be longer as a result. You can always reach out to your vendor, if they aren't on holiday, to see if they know something, but I'd give it a little more time.
Also, do you have a tracking number for your country? Like USPS tracking to see how their end reads?
