Is this normal tracking info or should I be concerned? The date today is 1/21

I'd say absolutely normal. Not sure how folks get stuff from China in a week. Guess they have contracts and forwarding companies that expedite a 3 week wait. I'm assuming if their company has a good track record with no contraband or shady shit they get a customs pass kind of like trucking.... if ur safety and inspections are top notch you don't get pulled in for a closer look.

Anyway I have a pack coming in from China and it's sitting there 8days... I was told it's their spring party/ new year/ 3 week bender and it's all good. Again some of these guys can get it to you in 5 days but I don't raise an eyebrow till I hit a month.

Normal. Stuff takes time to make its way over seas. In some cases, it gets held up at the border for a while. I've had a few shipments from overseas take literal weeks, while others were here in much faster. Most of the time, my tracking doesn't update until things both arrive stateside, but also start moving.

It is very possible the package got stopped by customs. This doesn't mean you won't receive it, but it could be longer as a result. You can always reach out to your vendor, if they aren't on holiday, to see if they know something, but I'd give it a little more time.

Also, do you have a tracking number for your country? Like USPS tracking to see how their end reads?

I recently received a package with the green tape indicating that it was inspected by customs. It had been waiting for the customs inspection for about two weeks. Fortunately, customs didn't figure out what was inside or didn't care because I got what I ordered.
