Hello! I’m new to the forum and to the peptide life. I’ve done so much research and am ready to pull the plug to order my first kits. I’m doing Reta-10 for certain, but I want to get others to help with brain fog and reversing my aging since I’ll be 49 this year.

For those who are well versed in the pep talk, what are some ā€œmust havesā€ for someone like me? TIA! šŸ™‚

Reta is great. As a 49y/o woman your next best move is almost certainly going to be hormone replacement theory. But I highly recommend starting with your doctor for that. It can be a huge life improvement but it's much more complicated.

That’s definitely on my list to do. I know that’ll be a game changer for sure. It stinks getting old!! šŸ˜‘

Welcome from another Texan. If you are new to GLPs, please start low- side effects happen if you titrate up too quickly.

When you say must haves, do you mean equipment, other peptides, or??

Equipment- insulin syringes or a pen, 3 ml sterile syringes and sterile needles for reconstitution, bacteriostatic water (Hospira please), alcohol swabs and gloves. Filters for your peptides if you want to filter.

If you want Lipo-c, please use Defy medical instead of Chinese Lipo-c; it has issues and is often colored water.

If you have questions, ask. And welcome!

Thank you! I read that Hospira is the goto for BAC for sure. When I say must-haves, I’m talking about peps that have been a literal game changer…one you wish you started sooner. I’ve got so many on my research list that I think would benefit me for sure, but since most have multiple benefits that overlap others. I’m having a hard time choosing which one to go with first.

Ok..
hum. Well, not sure it’s a game changer, but GHK-Cu, whether alone or in GLOW does help your skin. I was on it a month before I noticed skin changes, but my loose skin isn’t as bad, my neck doesn’t look as crepey- I was shocked.

AOD does not work on humans-not sure why it’s so popular, but the company stopped the research because it wasn’t working on people, only on rats.

I’m old and creaky, so I use BPC- when I fell and tore my meniscus, it healed in 3 weeks vs the 3 months the last time.

I use ipamorelin and CJC-1297 for fat loss; again, not groundbreaking, but it has a proven record.

Those are my favorites; again, if youhave questions, ask!

Those you noted are all on my list of ā€œwantsā€, so I must be headed in the right direction. Thanks again for your help!
