I've had disgusting people say negative things about my company, but they've never bought from me

I broadcast a lot of customers to give me comments today, so that more customers know about our company. This guy who never bought my product tried to give me a bad review. I told him to go to bed early. I didn't need his bad review. I accidentally sent him an emoji, and he thought I was mocking him. I never expected him to slander us out of thin air, he felt that bad reviews are normal, can bring me customers, really shameless

I was at first getting angry at zpped for defaming you, then realized that it wasn't zpped who made the statements. Zpped was asking for proof. I have noticed that people on this forum already didn't believe the allegations. I don't plan on buying from you simply because I stick with vendors with well known reputations. However, I do regret that there are petty individuals who decide to make false allegations against vendors.

Thank you, workerbee. I'm happy to hear the reviews of anyone who purchased a product and used it. I'm happy to hear the comments of those who haven't purchased a product but have comments on a vendor so long as they don't make facts up. However, it does a disservice to us all when vendors post phony reviews of themselves and consumers get into petty disputes with a merchant from whom they haven't purchased and make up reviews in retaliation.
