I am thinking of making my first JEEP purchase and I am a sucker for a deal so I am trying to buy enough to get free shipping. I plan on purchasing Tirz as a start with the 10mg vials. Thinking I should just purchase more vials with higer doses so I can continue to titrate up but not really sure on how many of each I should buy. I was thinking of starting real low with my doses to see how I react to them. I was thinking of doing .5mg to start and I am not sure how long to stay there or how fast I will titrate up that will depend on how my body reacts to it. I'm wondering should I buy 2 of the 10mg/10vials and maybe a couple 15s??

There aren’t many of these that have gotten more expensive as time passes fwiw.

Looking back I think a 15mg kit is a good start. If you're mirroring the studies your first vial would yield 5 weeks (4 doses 2.5mg, 1 dose 5mg). Anything you took less than the study schedule will hold fine towards your next dose. T30 is the most popular and the most tested for a reason... It's the Goldilocks vial. You won't get far in a 10mg kit before wishing you went bigger especially if you're filtering.

Edit for typo in yield.

thanks!

Are you saying that I would be wasting my time going lower then the normal start of 2.5mg? If so I will bite the bullet and go for the 15mg kit. How much BAC water would you recommend for a 15mg vial? I have heard 1ml and I have heard 2ml?

Fill in the blanks and scroll down. Depending on your syringe size, it’s hard to read 5units. I like 20-50unit pins. A little margin for error, my eyes aren’t as good as I want them to be anymore.

Easier read: add enough BAC water to the vial to get a fair amount to pin for each dose. Change the BAC water on that calculator and see how dose changes at the bottom. Keep everything clean and happy weight loss!

I don't want to be rude but the way this reads, I'm not sure if you are ready to do your first grey purchase OR your first injection. I think you should read and research some more
I am not disagreeing with you on your comment. But I want the product here for when I am ready to use it. If I continue just to read nothing will stick for me. I am a use or lose it kind of person and I am reading so much stuff that things just run together. I plan on continuing to research and just put the goods in the freezer and have everything in advance of using it. I am a bullet point person. Not a paragraph person. I will not start until I am ready.

And I don't think you were being rude.

I started with 1mg in February on compound(still working through compound stock but have about 2300mg of gray in the freezer). I am only at 6.5mg but 41 lbs down, almost at goal. I dont think i would buy below T15. If you find a test group it will probably be small.
In regards to titration, stay a low as possible for a long as possible. I only moved up if food noise got bad for 2 weeks or I didn't lose for 3-4 weeks
Also https://peppinlepew.github.io/peptide-calc/ is my preferred calculator. Please make sure you understand the difference in mg, ml, units, mcg, and the like before you start reconstituting. That seems to be a huge hurdle for a lot of people.

thanks!

Based on Lilly's dosage schedule a 15mg vial would only be reconstituted for 5 weeks because your 1st dose is on day of recon. So assuming good sanitary practices dosing lower the consensus is the vial has a lot of life past 5 weeks.

If I recall correctly most compounding pharmacies started patients with a minimum of a 15mg vial.

I hear you. All the stuff everyone talks about on these forums does make more sense when you can touch and feel it in real life.

To your original questions,
1. I can't vouch for them personally but I've seen a couple people say they got what they ordered from Jeep.
2. Personally I wouldn't bother with 0.5mg of tirz, I would start at least 1 or 1.5mg, the clinical starting dose is 2.5mg
3. The vials will hold a maximum of 3ml or 300 units and I think most people just mix up 1.5 or 2ml. It's easiest to draw syringes accurately with doses of at least 0.25ml or 25 units.
4. So you want to size your vials so that you can add 1.5 or 2ml of back water and then draw your preferred dose at 20, 25, 50 units.
5. If you do a 1mg dose, then a 10mg vial would get you 10 doses, and if you use 2ml of water, that's 0.2ml or 20 units each dose. That's pretty good.
6. That leads me to think you shouldn't trifle with the 5mg vials unless you are dead set on trying 0.5mg doses.

The thing is, if the math requires you to draw 5 or 10 units, then a 1 unit variance is a big change in dose. If you are drawing 25 or 50 units, a 1 unit variance is not as big of a deal. That's why I always try to get my doses at least 20 or 25 units.gives me a little more margin for error

The price difference between T10 and T30 ( during promo ) is 17$.

Even if you lose 2-3 vials ramping slowly and not using all of it by the time you get up to 7.5mg its still cheaper to buy t30
Yes this is true but don't buy T30 if you're doing a 0.5mg dose, that's 60 doses in one vial.

Maybe one idea would be to buy one single vial from a domestic online seller and figure out your preferred dose, THEN buy a full kit from grey market

In hindsight, I wish I had just bought kits as needed, instead of creating a multi-year stockpile that cost me double the current market value of tirz. It still saved me thousands of dollars compared to the telehealth/compounding pharmacy stuff I had been using, but still... it would also give me the flexibility to play around and switch to reta, surv or maz now that I'm in maintenance and working on body recomp, but instead I'm pigeonholed into tirz for another year. First world problems here.

I am glad to have my stockpile, as it relieves my anxiety of ever being unable to get what has, for me, been a life changing medication.

I also wasted a hell of a lot of money. One year ago when I started, tirz was at least $1/mg- possibly more, it's been a while. It now regularly goes for 35 cents/mg. Assuming you don't go over 7.5mg in that time, it would take 40 weeks to finish a t30 kit; more if you choose to take longer to titrate. That's a 60% difference in price.

I don't buy more than one kit at a time only because losing one kit doesn't hurt as much as losing multiples if a seller gets shut down or pulls a Tracy. Also, this stuff is so cheap, I wouldn't stress about losing a little of the first vial or two. Financially, it makes more sense to buy the bigger kit.

I do have a stockpile, though, and I bought it one kit at a time.
