Jamal here, 36, from Kansas City. I just t got approved to start a GLP-1 med soon but still talking through options with my doc.

I’ve tried plenty of things over the years, but this is the first time I actually feel a little hope. Lately I’ve been paying closer attention to how my body’s responding to some small changes.
