Hi there! I’ve been on Tirz for about a year and am considering adding a few other peptides. I’ve read through prior threads but still have some unanswered questions and would appreciate any insight
Goals: Improve skin tone and firmness (face, arms, legs), support joint health, and enhance overall well-being - basically combatting normal age-related changes.
Background: Late 40s, female. Developed mild rosacea and skin sensitivity a year ago. Also prone to possible histamine-type reactions (welting from mosquito bites, hives from an Amazon brand vitamin, occasional mild facial flushing from high-histamine foods).
Peptides: Looking at KPV, GHK-Cu, and Glutathione. Avoiding BPC-157 and GLOW/KLOW for now due to angiogenesis concerns and a family history of cancer.
Questions:

Questions:
- Of these three (KPV, GHK-Cu, and Glutathione), which makes the most sense to start with?
- Would trying KPV and GHK-Cu together help blunt potential histamine reactions, or just make it harder to identify the culprit if something flares up?
- What’s a reasonable interval or adaptation period before adding the next peptide?
