Hi there! I’ve been on Tirz for about a year and am considering adding a few other peptides. I’ve read through prior threads but still have some unanswered questions and would appreciate any insight

Goals: Improve skin tone and firmness (face, arms, legs), support joint health, and enhance overall well-being - basically combatting normal age-related changes.

Background: Late 40s, female. Developed mild rosacea and skin sensitivity a year ago. Also prone to possible histamine-type reactions (welting from mosquito bites, hives from an Amazon brand vitamin, occasional mild facial flushing from high-histamine foods).

Peptides: Looking at KPV, GHK-Cu, and Glutathione. Avoiding BPC-157 and GLOW/KLOW for now due to angiogenesis concerns and a family history of cancer.

Questions:
  1. Of these three (KPV, GHK-Cu, and Glutathione), which makes the most sense to start with?
  2. Would trying KPV and GHK-Cu together help blunt potential histamine reactions, or just make it harder to identify the culprit if something flares up?
  3. What’s a reasonable interval or adaptation period before adding the next peptide?
Thanks in advance - I’m trying to do as much research as possible before jumping in.

I have seen where people have introduced GHK first for a couple weeks at 2.5mg/day. Then went with the KPV at .5mg per day and see how you react. With your history, I’d be careful in the interim of adding things to make sure you can pinpoint reactions and DC immediately!

I hope it does what you hope it does!
