Based on my personal experience, the COAs being provided appear to be old and do not seem to reflect recently produced batches. One of my biggest concerns is the lack of batch-specific testing to demonstrate ongoing consistency and transparency.
I specifically asked whether the products I would receive would have batch numbers that matched the testing documentation. When my order arrived, there were no batch numbers on the kits, making it impossible to verify that the product in hand corresponds to the COA provided.
I was told the product came from the same batch that had been tested, but the vial I received differed in size and color from the vial shown on the COA. Without matching batch numbers or other traceable identifiers, there is no reliable way for customers to cross-reference the product they receive with the testing documentation being presented.
For me, transparency means current testing, batch identification, and a clear chain of verification. Without those things, it's difficult to have confidence that the COA actually represents the product being sold today.
