Leading a GB test - first time - insight please

OK - so I'm diggin' the grey community and I've been approached about leading a test for a small gb. The gb mod wants to use FPPG. Product is Uther Surv10.

I've never led a test (never even been a part of a test) but would love to be supportive and helpful to my new community.

So - before I say yes and commit - I'd like to hear if anyone else has any experience with this kind of thing and what I should know going into it because I sure don't want to let anyone down and I don't like making commitments blind.

I don't have any experience leading a group, but I've been eagerly watching FPPG for this exact testing group! I'm in! I've been in several others and think the most important thing is just to be transparent. My suggestion would be to reach out to Zeus on TG and see if they're willing to give you some tips. I was in a test group that he/she? took over as the lead and they did a great job!
