Least expensive route is to get an Rx from your doc.

ETA: Imeglimin - the next generation Metformin. India sells both for cheap but I don’t know if they are shipping to US at the moment.

Yes I saw that. I really like Hunter Williams, but I dont yet trust their company, too new. Have you ordered from them?
I have not - too expensive for me. BTW - i have to listen to Hunter on .8 speed on Spotify. I really like his slides even if he reads from them - I’m usually taking screenshots.
