LIPO-C with NAD+

Where are you guys getting NAD+ that is already buffered? I've been looking and haven't found any lyophilized powder that specifically says it's buffered. I'd rather it not sting, and I failed Organic Chem lab once, got a C in regular Chem lab, so I am not about to try adjusting pH myself.

Kimera Pegasus has NAD+ in it and they instructed cool, dark place.

I just pinned my Carved (LipoC w/NAD+) again today and it is looking even more brown and my injection site is still a little painful to the touch (after 10 hours). Looks like I may need to toss more than half-bottle.

I am starting to think NAD+ sounds good on paper but doesn't mix well with Lipo-C.

I'll see how my Pegasus holds up, I pinned it earlier this week and it was clear with a nice red tint.

Was your Carved from Modern Aminos? I had the same experience. The stinging lasted basically a full day (though it got better with time.

Not sure if it's the NAD or the lack of lidocaine but I won't be taking it again.

I added lidocaine to my vial at a 1-2% strength it helped last week but this week the burn is back. Not sure, I might try it one more time with a good shake of the vial before drawing the 1ml dose.

Crystallization/geling seems to be an ongoing issue with NAD+ that's stored in the refrigerator. Folks that are reconstituting seem to favor storing it in a cool dark location vs refrigeration. Those that are refrigerating are adding more reconstitution liquid to further dilute the NAD+. From everything I have read, aminos do not need to be refrigerated.

I think you're right. I don't refrigerate my NAD+ or my LipoC.

My current vial of NAD+ is now entering it's 3rd week since reconstituting but I think there is only a shot or two left since I titrated to 100mg. Much longer and I begin to worry about an ISR.

I have LipoC from Hallendale (Bioboost+) and one of their dosage recommendations is .5ml once per week. It is a 10ml vial so it technically should be good for at least 10 weeks.

Any tips do decrystalize the sediment NAC at the bottom of the vial? Can I add more BAC water and set the vile in a short jar of hot water, or will that render the NAD ineffective?

Would adding DMSO or PEG400 enhance solubility? I DEFINITELY didn’t want to inject anything other than BAC/ peptides, but this NAC powder is tricky.

I’m experimenting with DMSO and 100mg NAD+ power transdermal in the belly button. This is an Ayurvedic form of absorption, but there is sadly very little data on how to make NAD+ bioavailable.

Unfortunately, I have no tips. I am just recently started my research on NAD+. Hopefully someone with more research experience can weigh in.

What is the correct dosage for Lipo C? Is 1ml SQ twice a week ok? Also after opening the vial, do I keep the bottle in the fridge?
Can excess stock of lipo C be frozen?

I pin 1ml 3x week but I am probably overdoing it. I store in a cool, dark place aka a drawer. Do not freeze, it will last a long time as long as you shield it from light.

Cool dark place for storage. I've only done LipoC IM and it's all I've ever read recommended for it.

The crystallization I had - that vial never saw the inside of a fridge - at least at my house. The NAD+ I have now - has been in the fridge and is fine. I don’t know if it’s the NAD+ mixed with everything else that causes it? All of that is way above my pay grade 🤣

If you add enough reconstitution fluid it is a non-issue... At least according to what I have read.

Tnx for letting me know.

Ppl of the forums; do you find LipoC actually works? If yes in what way exactly? Weight loss? More energy? Less fatigue?

I think I'm the one who has brought Pegasus to people's attention. I LOVE IT! It gives me fantastic energy, not jittery, just energized and so very happy. No, I have no crystals in my vials. Nor were my vials dripping or wet or smelly when received - glad to hear Kimera Chems refunded or did whatever needed to be done. I have only ordered once from them, when I bought two vials of Pegasus. No, there is no lidocaine in it. I guess it could be added. I haven't thought to do so, I personally would not bother. Yes, it can sting a tiny bit, but not often for me. If it stings too much, try splitting the dose. Also look up the right way to inject the insulin needle, there is a right way, for all injections, and it eliminates the ouch of the needle, a fact I wish I had discovered months ago. It is hard, I find, to draw out of the vial. Use a larger gauge needle, if necessary. I have kept mine at 31 gauge and am simply patient. With all hard to vent vials, some people use a Vial Spike. You can find it cheap on Nexus Aminos. I have not procured one of those, but those who have seem to love it. Pegasus is dosed like all lipo-cs and Mic-Bs - by the mL/units: Low dosing is 1mL (100 units) weekly. Mid dosing is 1mL (100 units) two times weekly. High dosing is 1mL (100 units) three times weekly. I have never dosed 1mL at a time. I only ever dose at 50 units at a time, and typically 2 or 3x a week. I use my outer thighs. For those just getting into other peptides beyond GLPs, do know that peps such NAD+ and MOTS-C are considered very spicy, meaning stinging. SS31 is considered a bit spicy too, as well as itchy.
So how did it go ?
