I was my PCP's first patient she prescribed compounded tirzepatide. It was a big deal for her and she's been a big advocate for me. Though availability became a pressing issue and the pharmacy we had been using went from $250 a month to $400 a month with a minimum of a 5 month pre order.
After that, my PCP begrudgingly suggested that I look into MedSpa's as potentially a source but she warned me that I most likely would have to switch to Semaglutide. That initial search didn't make anymore financial sense and still potentially a sourcing issue for the Tirz. I wasn't very keen either on switching to Sim because Tirz was the first thing that had really ever worked for me.
Then a friend suggested that I try peptides which I had never even heard of. The site he recommended though was still really expensive. That led to SO many hours of reading vague comments on reddit and then trying to find my own Chinese supplier. I reached out to a few and I got responses but I didn't know anyone who had went that route and it seemed like a huge risk.
I then came across comment on reddit where the person mentioned a forum outside of reddit that helped him find a reliable source that was unbelievably cheaper than what he had been paying. That led to searching for other forums and eventually coming across this community.
Anyways, I thought I was just going to say hi but ended up telling my story. Sorry for the long read.

You've come to the right place, and kudos for not jumping in and asking for the best vendor. You need to learn the pros/cons of each and make your own choice, and the best way to do that is to read the existing threads on this site, avail yourself of the directory of forums, make use of the search button, and read read read.

A key thing to learn in switching from compounded to grey-market, before even ordering, is everything about safely reconstituting the dry peptides you'll get: the right supplies, the variable calculations and online calculators, and the safe/sanitary protocols.
