Love handles - and how to lose them?

I am on Reta. 10 mg currently. I have lost some weight. Went down from 118 kg to 88 kg. The gym is still going strong. Shoulders, chest, arms, and legs are coming through nicely. Even the abs are starting to show up. I would say that I am somewhere around 18% bf. I have one small "flap" around my belly left. While my estrogen is a bit elevated due to HCG, Kisspeptin, Enclo, and Testagen, so is the Testosterone. I tried adding Tesa and HGH, and it worked so far.

But any ideas about what I could do to lose the last bit in the next few weeks? Other than Clen and Var?
 
I am also on OMAD due to reta and feeling zero hunger most of the time. So it is that one meal, shakes, and electrolytes.

You are going to have to be lower than 18% to get rid of love handles and lower belly. Nothing more complicated than that. Just keep on track with what you are doing.

Curious how you estimated the BF%
 
I recommend you stay the course and add regular caliper measurement of the problem area. Problem areas like the love handle and belly button can be really frustrating. Fat loss happens really slowly in these areas so measuring lets you see progress where the naked eye doesn’t.
 
Good luck. I got down to 160# and still had them.
 
I'm damn near 180 now and still have them. I'm kinda glad though because it's the only place I can stand pinning KLOW.
 
Just going to need to keep losing weight (specifically fat). Make sure your diet is on-point and you are doing resistance training to maintain/increase muscle mass. You WILL lose muscle as you lose fat so you need to work to rebuild what you are losing plus add more.
