Greetings!
I was very sensitive to Tirz and didn't need to go above 5mg to get the main effects. I tried 7.5mg and had zero appetite. I continue to do my weekly administration, and have modified my diet and exercise regularly. The clinical studies never really had a maintenance dose/schedule. I also wonder about R, etc.
I'd be curious to see what people are doing or what they have tried. Granted it is all anecdotal for now.
