I am really happy with my results so far. I've only been on Retatrutide since late July and I think I'll be at my goal body comp in a month, max. I'm currently doing 2mg every 3.5 days. I previously had some increased skin sensitivity for a few weeks, but now I have zero negative side effects. Was losing a very steady 1-1.5 lbs per week. Maintained all strength.

Question for those of you who hit your goal - did you completely stop? Taper to a lower dose? Immediately transition to a lower dose? Has anyone had success with a very low "microdose"? .5mg or less only once per week?

I stayed at the dose I was on. It kinda fell around where I feel I should be weight wise. I know If I lower I will devour sweets again. At my current dose I do get hungrier than I did when I was slowly increasing. I do get full and can stop myself. I do get sweet cravings but it's nothing like before. Usually something small or just some carbs can curb it. For me these are lifetime meds. Hopefully will always have affordable access.

For maintenance, I went from Tirz 15mg 1x weekly, transitioned to Reta 1mg once I titrated Tirz to 10mg (in 2 weeks). Added Cagri .250mcg to my Reta 1mg. Titrated Reta to 2mg, then 3mg. 3mg Reta & .5mg Cagri is my current maintenance with no plans to increase ( 1x per week). May decrease both over time if advantageous. No issues, weight stable( though I lost 4 lbs over last 4 months, unintended). I posted this before somewhere, but can't recall which forum.
