So I have been taking methylene blue for a long time now and enjoy the benefits, as mild as they are. I'm looking into starting a small cycle of 300mg test-c and 200mg NPP. But I'm curious about the interactions between NPP and methylene blue on the dopamine system. I'm far from a biologist and there is little-to-no info I am able to find on the subject.

As far as I can tell, methylene blue preserves dopamine-producing neurons and prevents dopamine depletion. While NPP reduces dopamine receptor densities and causes a decrease in extracellular dopamine. So to me, it looks like Methylene blue could alleviate some of the emotional sides. I just wanted ask if I am interpreting this correctly since others are much more knowledgeable on these types of pharmacological interactions and the theory behind them. I don't want to be completely wrong and exacerbate any adverse sides. I asked on Meso as well, but that place is pretty hit or miss as far as useful info goes.

Doesn't look like there's any real information anywhere concerning an MAO-I mixed with nandrolone.

I could plug it into Claude and burn a high effort prompt and pretend like I know the answer. So can you.

I personally wouldn't risk it. There are so many safe things you could add to combat sides before using something as retarded as methylene blue. But, I haven't looked into it that much. Let us know how it goes. Shame that there aren't more AAS people here.

I'm assuming this isn't your first cycle. Why nandrolone? For the safety profile?

I've been using methylene blue for years and not using it to counter any specific sides. Just wondering if anyone had any first hand knowledge of the specific interactions. But I'll probably just drop it for the cycle. I've been on a 18 month cut and am finally down to about 12% so am ready for a good bulk. I'm choosing nandrolone because It's generally handled well and has fairly mild sides when used at conservative doses. It also has a reputation for packing on a decent amount of lean mass. Plus I'm really looking forward to the joint support as my left shoulder and right elbow have been giving me trouble for a while now and peptides have done nothing to help. I'm pretty new to AAS and this will be my second cycle. First was Test and a low dose of Var which I handled just fine.
