I'm just into week 4 on Tirz and am having a surprisingly fast and effective reaction even on this starting dose. I've lost a couple of kilos effortlessly. One downside I have noticed that as mid afternoon approaches I am getting incredibly tired and getting headaches.
I'm tracking my food and I'm getting a solid amount of protein and fat. I think therefore that the main issue is a lack of carbs, but I can't really face eating too much more - the food noise is not the same as it was and my enjoyment of it has decreased too (grateful for this as it was ruling my life in an unhealthy way before). I tried to add some extra carbs into lunch today but I still feel foggy, groggy and tired so it clearly wasn't enough.
Does anyone have any tips for how I might integrate more carbs into my diet without it feeling like an absolute slog?
