I've noticed a significant amount of members want stress/anxiety relief , as well as sleep help via peptides, and I think that's great if it works. If control over how the external world affects your inner physiology is important to you, I cannot recommend mindful meditation (Mindfulness) enough. It is a super power, and much easier to do than you might think. Literally minutes, and you have changed your world for the better. You become calmer, and learn to disconnect external stimuli from getting you riled up. You learn to develop an on/off switch which you can eventually deploy not only at will, but without even realizing you are doing so. Imagine being calm and happy all the time, and when stressors come at you, they deflect like water down a ducks back - that is what i'm talking about, and that it how i've experienced life for the past 25 years - zero stress, sleep like the dead, I swear. Here;s a nine minute short version guided mindful meditation by Sam Harris, who I like because he doesn't introduce any religious, or new age aspects into this; this is purely scientific for him, and it is reproducible for anyone. If you like this, there's plenty more, he also wrote an excellent book, which I recommend, and he has a few longer versions as well. Ultimately, you can simply learn to develop your own version of this, which is portable, and can be deployed anywhere, anytime.

I also deep dove into Sam Harris’s mindfulness meditation a few years back and it certainly got me out of a mild depression

Can’t recommend enough for people going through a difficult Time
Or a normal time, or a good time. It is useful in all aspects of life. Having the gift of self-awareness of mind regulates one's emotional volatility, and prevents the mood swings which lead to depression, poor sleep, poor health. It is difficult for most to imagine being completely immune to life's daily stresses, and being able to deflect them away as if one had a shield. I experience zero stress on a daily basis, and on the rare occasion stress seeps in, it is so clearly detected that my mind and body dispatch it almost immediately. This is not to suggest I cannot and do not grieve under extreme duress or tragic circumstances, I certainly do (and have). Although even then, I have the mental/emotional tools to be able to better deal with, process, ease the pain, and move forward in a healthy manner.

I've been practicing meditation for the last 5-6 years. I've gotten more mindfulness/self-awareness out of GLP1 usage than practicing meditation itself.

Meditation comes in many forms, some better than others. Some practitioners are more skilled than others as well. I'm convinced everyone is capable of what I've mentioned above, and like I said, I'm certainly all for peptide therapy as well, but I dont see these as mutually exclusive.
