Im about 29 hours into a 52hr or longer fast, decided to finally reconstitute 10iu into 1ml and took 10 units.

Never tried HGH before, plan to use it 2x daily while im fasting for now. Any tips or tricks, maybe pairing it with ipamorelin would be appreciated, especially someone who has fasted and used either or both.

😃 yea i was kindav chicken too after reading all the crazy shit it can do to peoples internal balances, water retention, and I think it fucked up so.e peoples blood sugar and insulin if im not mistaken.

But just trying it while fasting, not trying to do a regimen beyond that, im sticking myself 2x a day already with the wolverine stack, been maybe two weeks on that and ive got a ways to go.

Since you mentioned water retention as a concern, I think I have seen a touch of moon face in the mirror while on HGH and testosterone. Fluid retention, including causing carpal tunnel, is why I will keep my HGH doses on the lower end and do "5 days on, 2 days off."

By the way, to prevent foaming during recon, I always try to remember to use a vent needle, to help prevent the BAC water hitting too hard.

There are a couple, from here, that take take either PayPal or western union or remitly. But there selection is pretty limited to mainly test cyp and hgh.

I assume you are talking about using that dose short term, it is definitely enough to cause issues if taken in that dose for more than a week or so, even the folks over at meso mostly use lower doses than that with their megadoses of testosterone. But I guess most people are not going to want to fast for longer than that anyway. I am taking 2iu 3 out of 4 days, definitely not looking for dramatic effects.

Remeber with test it it will shut down your natural testosterone production. So be prepared for a month or two maybe longer shut down after you come off to recover your baseline test. Sometimes your baseline test dosnt come back as strong as it was before a cycle. I took steroids when I was in my twentys and it affected my levels, now in my 40's im on TRT. I love TRT but just something to keep in mind!

Also HGH I take 2iu before bed, really helps with sleep. You wanna avoid foods a few hours before your night time shot. Some people do morning HGH shots, avoid food around the time of there shot. Iv only done night time so no experience with morning shots.

What was your baseline igf/zscore?

I definitely jumped into the deep end with HGH, and it was a mistake. I started at 2 IU in the morning and 2 IU at night without titrating up. The result was significant fatigue. I was exhausted by 11 am and ended up taking hour+ naps daily. The overall feeling was similar to a melatonin or muscle relaxer hangover, along with some minor carpal tunnel.

The blood work referenced below was drawn before starting HGH. I am on TRT, Test and estradiol raise IGF-1.

My results:
IGF-1: 408 ng/mL.
IGF-1 Z-score (Male): +2.5.

Total Testosterone: 1011 ng/dL.
Free Testosterone (dialysis): 293.9 pg/mL.
Estradiol (E2, ultrasensitive LC/MS): 55 pg/mL.

Long term, you generally want to keep your IGF-1 Z-score at or under 3. Sustained levels above that increase the risk of acromegaly. I have reduced my dose to 1 IU in the morning, and I am no longer getting side effects. I plan to recheck labs in three months to see where my IGF-1 Z-score settles. I also think adding IPA/CJC/Tesa would be a waste of money if your using HGH.

Veey short term, like only during fasting, at this point. Im fasting every week now, but only going.longer than 24 hours 2x a month. what dose are you taking now?

Why would you run Ipa if you are taking HGH? From everything I have read, HGH needs to be run for a while to really see effects from it. I've been running 2 IUs in the morning (I'm one of the unlucky ones that taking it before bed actually wrecks sleep) for about 5 weeks now and I'm starting to see some subtle changes in skin. Definitely retaining a negligible amount of water, though, and the tingly hands (especially in the middle of the night) are a real thing.

I’ve had it pretty damn good so far and loving it! Almost 3 mths on, titrated up to 4iu where I’ve been coasting.

Baseline : 145 Z : 0
After 5 weeks (during titration period) got it up to 227 with a z of 1.1. Waiting on bloods to dial in getting as close to 2.5 on the z as I can.. assuming it’ll be in the 6-8iu zone.

Bolus 2 hours after last meal nightly. Sleep has been incredible! Pumps have been legit.

Usually 75-80 bg nightly, and 70-75 fbg mornings. Being on Reta has helped tremendously with that lol.

Yes.. it’s generally good to have a baseline igf-1. Making sure your lipids, A1C is in check. I’d also recommend getting a cgm, or some type of bg monitor to see bg/fbg levels while you’re working into it. I’m ocd af, so I check nightly and fasted mornings.

Everyone is so different when it comes to GH. Some have zero sides and can run 10iu daily with minimal igf response. Others get horrible sides at 2iu, with astronomical igf levels! It’s all research as long as you’re safe and consistent.. You definitely don’t want to stay above a 3.0 Z for too long.

I was getting bloods ordered thru my doc but I wanted more advanced panels. The price after insurance was negligible so I just started using GoodLabs and getting drawn a Quest. Then you can decide if you want to share the information with your doc or not.

Well, from what ive read, taking HGH while fasting absolutely produces tesulys if i am using it for fat loss. After this thread i am certainly not running it outside of fasting until i can get a round of bloodwork done. The only thing in my panel that was mentioned here that i can find in my tests is ac1.
