I have bad/loose joints due to genetics, a strong tendency to hyperextend. Right knee and left shoulder are the current sensitive areas right now. I had meniscus repair about a year ago on my knee and i recently dislocated my shoulder

Question for application: let’s say I do a 45 day cycle, should I focus on one location for the entire cycle, switch locations every other day, or just hit the belly and let the compound prioritize?

I plan to stack with TB and I’ll probably run KPV before any cycle to calm system and help the Wolverine focus.

Appreciate your thoughts!

Certainly not all (anecdotal) data, as I’ve heard many YouTube “MDs” say local administration for BPC is more beneficial.

This is a tough one, cause for the benefits of the pep stack, I think both could be true. I am coming the end of my 4th week of the stack, and I have noticeable benefits. I have hip/knee pain and gut issues. I have generally found midsection to be the easiest injection site, I have hit glute, arm, and midsection for this injection, left side focused but also sprinkling in right side to spread out the constant injections. I can’t tell you definitively that injecting near the trouble sight helped more or not since I have spread it out, and my issues are spread out. I do think that the benefits are systemic tho, cause how else would it be helping my gut and joints simultaneously without uber focused injection site specificity.

Idk if focusing injections to one area alone won’t benefit both trouble areas.
