I have bad/loose joints due to genetics, a strong tendency to hyperextend. Right knee and left shoulder are the current sensitive areas right now. I had meniscus repair about a year ago on my knee and i recently dislocated my shoulder
Question for application: let’s say I do a 45 day cycle, should I focus on one location for the entire cycle, switch locations every other day, or just hit the belly and let the compound prioritize?
I plan to stack with TB and I’ll probably run KPV before any cycle to calm system and help the Wolverine focus.
