I remember way back on the first dose of 2.5mg - yep, my libido was gone on the first 36 hours of the very first injection of Tirzepatide. But throughout the 14 weeks of my weight loss journey, I have been able to combat the loss and even regain and made my libido stronger with 1. Regular 3x per week strength training, 2. daily 5,000iu Vitamin D3 and Magnesium Glycinate 500mg, 3. 1gm of NMN and 2gm of TMG (betaine) on the day, 4. Kisspeptin-10 200mcg shot 7 hours before sex.
These things I did and the supplements I took made me even better than when I was a teenager (the smoking and drinking probably dulled it back then).
Now? Four days in, I feel like a eunuch. Any tips?
