My Reta came clumped up in 1 big clump

No one gave you a picture, so I figured I'd give you an example of one of my kits from them. 🫡

Edit: @nonyabizznez beat me while I searched my camera roll!

Plan -
Start at .5mg for 2 weeks

Go to 1mg a week for 2 weeks

1 - 2 months 2mg (weekly), depending on appetite/weight loss stay here or move up

2-3 months go to 4mg weekly, can't say much further than that because everyone's different. So not sure what type of results will come. Then, just try and find a good maintenance dose, my guess would be anywhere from 5-8mg weekly

Anyway I appreciate the help with the reassurance. I am reconstituting a 6mg vial for 2 doses of .5mg then for around 2 doses of 1mg and I plan on adding 3ml of BAC water (I am not sure if this is to much for the small vial otherwise I'll do 2) but 3 makes it so I just need to pull the syringe to 25 which makes it easier for me.

Also should I store the remaining kit in the freezer or should it be fine just in my room? Not sure about the time period of when you should freeze the product or not
The vials you got will hold juuuuust over 3ml so you'll be fine! And yes, freezer for the extras.

6mg
.5+.5+1+1=3
Then you have 1 1/2 2mg doses. I'd do the 1mg a third week, just to use the entire vial.

Edit: 3ml for 6mg means 1/4 ml for a .5 dose.

check your heart rate before you start then frequently thereafter. put the powder form in the freezer and the liquid in the fridge. your dosing is correct for what you intend to do. if it works well for you, no need to go up in dose until you feel loss of effect.
Thanks for the reply, just did my first injection I was so nervous lol. I held the needle next to my stomach for like 2 minutes before I finally had the balls to do it. I've never had to prick myself before. On top of it, a research chemical I ordered on the internet that says not for human consumption lmfao. Hope all this research and time will pay off

It takes ~4 weeks to build up in your system, anyway. You're moving up at a weird schedule. Reta, right? Or tirz?
Yes Reta, the reply I made saying the schedule was more a less a rough estimate. I'm not 100% committed to that. It could all go out the window anyway it all depends on how it's working. Do you think that's to fast or to slow? How would you do it?

Well, the starting dose for reta is usually 1-2mg. So you're just being conservative- I don't think there's anything wrong with that, especially since some people are concerned by the heart rate. I've never tried reta, myself. Typically it takes 4 weeks for them to build up in your system.

That's a good site to play around with the numbers and see what your blood levels would look like.

The shotsy app is another one I use- you can track a bunch of different numbers on it, to see the level in your body and how it tracks with your weight loss. (I have the paid version- I'm not sure which options you wouldn't have available for you.)

Hey man, at least you didn't do like me and get syringes that were like 23 gauge when you started. Yes, I was actually pinning with 23 gauge needles. Because I'm a dumbass. For reference, that's absolutely humongous. Shit hurt, lol. When I finally got to the insulin sized ones, it was like a revelation and I had NO fear anymore, lol.

You're doing fine. I'm sure it will get easier to pin with time. I find that with regular needles, pinning at an angle is helpful. Best places for me are upper, inner thighs and similar places with looser skin. Definitely rotate where you pin - most people for GLPs do each side of the abdomen and then thighs.

Yeah definitely being conservative with it, If I react good I might bump up higher, sooner

Some heart rate increase is normal.

I was so incredibly nervous before my first injection. Then I finally stuck it in my stomach and it that was so easy to do that the whole situation seemed comical.
