The shotsy app is another one I use- you can track a bunch of different numbers on it, to see the level in your body and how it tracks with your weight loss. (I have the paid version- I'm not sure which options you wouldn't have available for you.)
Hey man, at least you didn't do like me and get syringes that were like 23 gauge when you started. Yes, I was actually pinning with 23 gauge needles. Because I'm a dumbass. For reference, that's absolutely humongous. Shit hurt, lol. When I finally got to the insulin sized ones, it was like a revelation and I had NO fear anymore, lol. Thanks for the reply, just did my first injection I was so nervous lol. I held the needle next to my stomach for like 2 minutes before I finally had the balls to do it. I've never had to prick myself before. On top of it, a research chemical I ordered on the internet that says not for human consumption lmfao. Hope all this research and time will pay off
Holy shit bro I just looked up that size that is diabolical LMAO I was even scared of the 5/16 inch needle. I would of just said fuck it, If I had to do that size ngl. Good thing you had that revelation hahaHey man, at least you didn't do like me and get syringes that were like 23 gauge when you started. Yes, I was actually pinning with 23 gauge needles. You're doing fine. I'm sure it will get easier to pin with time. I find that with regular needles, pinning at an angle is helpful. Best places for me are upper, inner thighs and similar places with looser skin. Definitely rotate where you pin - most people for GLPs do each side of the abdomen and then thighs.
Yeah definitely being conservative with it, If I react good I might bump up higher, soonerWell, the starting dose for reta is usually 1-2mg. So you're just being conservative- I don't think there's anything wrong with that, especially since some people are concerned by the heart rate. I've never tried reta, myself. Typically it takes 4 weeks for them to build up in your system.

That's a good site to play around with the numbers and see what your blood levels would look like.
Looks like a Nexha Cagri 5 kit... Tell him what he won @chmuse! 🙏
Some heart rate increase is normal.check your heart rate before you start then frequently thereafter. put the powder form in the freezer and the liquid in the fridge. your dosing is correct for what you intend to do. if it works well for you, no need to go up in dose until you feel loss of effect.
Yes she said she got Nexa so I figured best to send the same brand!Looks like a Nexha Cagri 5 kit... Tell him what he won @chmuse! 🙏
I was so incredibly nervous before my first injection. Then I finally stuck it in my stomach and it that was so easy to do that the whole situation seemed comical. Thanks for the reply, just did my first injection I was so nervous lol. I’m waiting for your next post along the lines of not being able to shit for 5 daysNow I'm going to go eat some pizza before this shit starts working
wait I didn't do this part of the researchI’m waiting for your next post along the lines of not being able to shit for 5 days
Yeah exactly how I felt, I'm like "okay you can stop freaking out now that was easy"I was so incredibly nervous before my first injection. Then I finally stuck it in my stomach and it that was so easy to do that the whole situation seemed comical.
Yup... That pizza's gonna taste great when you're still burping it on Friday! 🤢I’m waiting for your next post along the lines of not being able to shit for 5 days
Yeah I had to literally slow the syringe down because it was sucking it in so fast lolGlad the stress level came down. The puck is 95% mannitol (sugar). Whichever way you add bac water, the puck will dissolve within a few minutes. Swirl it, roll it, it will dissolve. And, the vial is normally under vacuum, so it will pull in your bac water with no effort. If you don't have a vacuum, you could wonder if air got into it, and if bacteria's had time to develop. So far, 34 weeks, all my vials had a strong vacuum.
It's still better to be burping than not burping. I'm not saying that the sulphur burps are great, but after having gas stuck in you that won't get out, taking something simethicone pills (Gas-X) is quite a relief. Simethicone works by making the gas bubbles in you smaller so they get out easier. I'm not telling anyone to take this preventively, but if you need to take the stuff, it's great. You can't become dependent on it and it has an extremely low rate of side effects.Yup... That pizza's gonna taste great when you're still burping it on Friday! 🤢
After I'm done injecting bacteriostatic water, I always take the plunger out of syringe and stick it in the vial so that the vacuum isn't maintained. I dislike fighting with the vial to get the liquid out.Yeah I had to literally slow the syringe down because it was sucking it in so fast lol
Yes it’s fine it will disolve once reconstituted.First time receiving peptides, is it normal for the product to get clumped up into one big piece inside the vials like that? I tried rotating the package put some will just stay stuck or move down but stay in one clump. Just wanted to know before I reconstitute.
When you're reconstituting is it okay to use the same 1ml syringe to withdraw the bac water after you put it in the product vial, lets say 3-5 times? Ideally I should have gotten a bigger one for that but I didn't really think about it lol. Also this is a good idea to remove the vacuum thanks for sharingAfter I'm done injecting bacteriostatic water, I always take the plunger out of syringe and stick it in the vial so that the vacuum isn't maintained. Not ideal to my standards, but most here will tell you it's fine. When you're reconstituting is it okay to use the same 1ml syringe to withdraw the bac water after you put it in the product vial, lets say 3-5 times? What would that accomplish?you could re-vacuum it by pulling air out with a big syringe.
it would create a vacuum in the vial. What would that accomplish?
Yes it's normal I ordered 10 and they came in looking like a cotton pellet.. 😆First time receiving peptides, is it normal for the product to get clumped up into one big piece inside the vials like that? This question is addressed to those from healthcare backgrounds or anyone else who knows the answer: Is there an any advantage to creating a vacuum in a newly reconstituted vial of peptides?it would create a vacuum in the vial.
None of us is ready until we do it. That can probably be said about a lot of things!I did a lot of research weeks into ordering, and I have not read or watched anything about this specific situation. How would I have discovered this before ordering? Also you said you do not believe I am not ready to go gray, so you're saying I am ready. I'm so confused lol
no just from handling lots of biological drugs there is no benefit and may cause damage to the peptide. This question is addressed to those from healthcare backgrounds or anyone else who knows the answer: Is there an any advantage to creating a vacuum in a newly reconstituted vial of peptides?
Then it's possible that constipation will turn into diarrhea. It's weird that the same medicine can cause either.I’m waiting for your next post along the lines of not being able to shit for 5 days
I'm not going to tell you what's okay since I don't actually know. I personally use a 3 ml syringe to withdraw the BAC. Due to its size, I only have a need to use it once. When you're reconstituting is it okay to use the same 1ml syringe to withdraw the bac water after you put it in the product vial, lets say 3-5 times? I agree, anything new has a learning curve. The best thing to do is just limit your mistakes for example (learning from wonderful people on this forum)None of us is ready until we do it. That can probably be said about a lot of things!
