Ok, let me give you guys a quick run down; I am hoping that someone can offer some intel. I started Reta at 2 milligrams per week and it did not really have much of a effect at all. After 3 weeks, I decided to bump it to 4 mgs a week split into two doses. We got some serious traction at that point; my hunger was seriously suppresed and I lost about 12 pounds in 4 weeks. At week 3.5, the appetite suppression fell to the ground, but I held out for the additional week for the whole month. This week, I went to 6 milligrams split into two doses going to get lift off again but I have had zero change. My appetite is still there and the food noise is continual. Is this normal for this compound? Is there something I am doing wrong? I appreciate any help in advance.

If your goal is weight loss, split dosing may cause you to end up using more reta to get the same effect as a single weekly dose. Why? Because the half-life is about 6 days. Your max dosage is below the beginnings of therapeutic levels (most report seeing results at 6mg or more weekly) consistently throughout the week, versus the same amount weekly. Instead of upping your total weekly dosage, try month at 6mg weekly.

In my opinion the strongest appetite suppression comes from sema. While it may be a downer to hear someone suggest a new purchase when the world of venders is out of whack .. at least sema is cheap. Instead of jacking up the dosage on the reta (and running through your supply) I would try adding a microdose of sema.

I've never used it but lots of people recommend cagrilinitide/cagri (spelling?)

Again, I've never used it but it gets recommended to pair with reta a lot. Might be worth looking in to.

Im having a similar experience at 5mg. Its been a few weeks since I upped my dose and I still do get appetite suppression and I am still losing weight, but I notice I’m experiencing more food noise it’s just not as effective as it was when I began doing 5mg weekly. Im wondering if that means I should up my dose or not?
